SOMMER 2020 Uthyrning --- MINIMUM FÖR 7 DAGAR. Söndag till söndagsbasis.

Detta rymliga och vackert inredda hem med 5 sovrum ligger på ett stort, lugnt, privat parti i Spring Home-området i Black Butte Ranch. Det har fönster från golv till tak i vardagsrummet i bottenvåningen som tar naturen in och fyller huset med ljus. Det har ett öppet och fullt utrustat kök, matplats och bekvämt vardagsrum med en stor vedeldad spis. Detta hem har den verkliga Black Butte Ranch-känslan! Du hittar många områden att samlas i som grupp, eller smyga bort till en privat konversation.

Under sommarmånaderna hyr vi i veckolånga steg på söndag till söndag.

Varje rum har ett namn!

Bottenvåningen:
'Cedar Pass' är ett ljust, cederträat sitt / solrum mellan garaget och huset. Utrustad med stormfönster för vinterbruk; skärmar för sommartid. 'The Grand Finale' / Master Suite har en QUEEN BED, privat däck, charmig sittgrupp, ett kontor och ett privat badrum (med badkar och dusch). Också i bottenvåningen välkomnar en rolig samling av vänliga björnar dig till 'The Bearly Room' (QUEEN BED). Fullt badrum med dusch tvärs över hallen.

På övervåningen:
Det ljusa och fluffiga 'Cotton Willow'-rummet har en KING BED och är en favorit bland gästerna. Det finns ett badrum direkt utanför 'Cotton Willow' med badkar och dusch.

'The Goodnight Moon Room' (TWIN TRUNDLE) och 'The Nest' (QUEEN BED) delar ett angränsande badrum (med dusch) och är en perfekt uppsättning för en familj. Observera att du måste gå igenom "Goodnight Moon Room" för att komma in i "The Nest".

'The Loft' har en bäddsoffa i TWIN.

Spring Home 16 Black Butte Ranch Stay June 2025

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation at this property. It is an amazing home. The floor plan worked out great. Beautiful, and well stocked. Owner was very responsive and caring. Would recommend, 10/10!

Memorial weekend 2025

Clean and well stocked except for a spatula.Only two chairs were on the patio. We were told ahead of time so we brought our own. It was hard washing and drying towels before leaving especially with 10 people. It’s unfortunate that we had to take care of all the garbage/recycle. I understand that those are the rules though. It’s just makes for a stressful situation to do it all before 11:00.All in all we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back. Thank you

A wonderful place to spend New Year's Eve!

Everything was perfect! Better than I expected from the description! Ten of us went for a cross-country ski vacation over the New Year's Holiday and we were not disappointed.The house fit us just right and the kitchen was fully stocked - everything we needed - for our dinners. I was the lucky one to enjoy the spacious master suite, with its private bath and shower.We XC skied three days: Once on powder at 3-Creeks Lake on the other side of Sisters, where we were among the only ones skiing there. Then the second day we skied a Ray Benson Snowpark at Santiam pass, where we skied the North Loup to Blowout Shelter - with a nice fire already started. Finally, on January 1, we stayed around Black Butte and skied on the golf course - the snow was fine.I wish we could have stayed longer! I will be back1

Black Butte Ranch is a great place for a family vacation. The home was very well equipped for a large family. We had a very nice time with our family. The host was very responsive to our communication and questions.

Lovely home for family visit to BBR

This was a lovely home for our family group of 10 to stay in for a week. Everyone was delighted with the house! The layout was comfortable with ample space for all of us with a well-stocked kitchen and spacious dining table and chairs. The multiple decks are well maintained, and well stocked with chairs and tables so we enjoyed sitting outside in the mornings and evenings, listening to birds, and we used the grill for several dinners. The garage and driveway were accommodated multiple cars and we stored our bikes easily. Biking and walking to the Meadow was quick and we enjoyed it daily. We had a wonderful time at BBR and the house enhanced everyone's experience!

One word! PERFECT

We have been staying at BB for many years, and due to the size of our group, we have been in multiple houses. This house was the best we have found! Comfortable beds! Well stocked kitchen! Enough room for us to gather in one place or spread out! Awesome deck! Quiet and relaxing area! In one word, this house was Perfect for us! We really did get the BB feel here! Very clear communication from the owner, and nothing was overlooked. We could not have had a better weekend!

A lovely week!

We had an amazing week in Black Butte and this home was a perfect place to stay. It’s clean and everything was in tip top shape. Kitchen is well stocked and we loved the large areas that the home provides to gather all together as a family.

Great getaway

We had a wonderful time staying at your place in Black Butte. Great layout for families with littles. One side note- it says no pets, which is what we need given my husband is highly allergic to animals. The owners must have a pet or two. Unfortunately, my husband struggled with his asthma- almost to the point of having to leave.

Perfect girls' getaway.
