Our townhome is a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath home with the garage converted into a game room that includes a pool table, dartboard, and more.
The chic interior of the main floor is open and perfect for groups looking for a relaxing time.
Each bedroom features comfortable and brand-new luxury linens, along with an attached bathroom.
The huge rooftop includes a bar top and plenty of seating for your entire group!

We have a keyless entry system. You will get a code a few days prior to your arrival that will start working at your check in time and stop at your check out time. We have a free parking lot area along with free street parking available.

We are local but not on site. We are available 24/7 for our guests via Airbnb message or phone call/text.

We are located in East Nashville. Less than 10 minutes to the Grand Ole Opry! We are within minutes of multiple popular bars and restaurants in East Nashville.

It's easy to drive from our property to anything in Nashville! Uber/lyft is always only a few minutes away.

**If you would like a Nashville recording artist to come to our home and play a private acoustic set of your favorite songs and even some originals, please just ask us how. His name is Noah Alan and you can find his music on all platforms!

Please note, we ONLY PROVIDE a starter set of any guest amenities. This includes but is not limited to:
2-Toilet paper rolls per bathroom
2- Rolls of paper towels
1- Cleaning sponge
1- travel sized bar soap and shampoo
A handful of K cups or small bag of grounds
We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.
