There’s even more space for your crew to spread out - an amazing game room boasts a Ping-Pong table, a PacMan arcade game, foosball table, TV, and a wet bar with a beverage fridge. The primary bedroom features a new, high-quality king mattress. Extra perks like TVs in each bedroom, the washer/dryer, and central air conditioning, add convenience during your stay.

Absolutely Beautiful! Amazing layout!

We stayed here during our family trip for 4 days, we arrived on a Thursday & paid til Monday, but left on Sunday. This home is sooo pretty, & the pictures do not do it justice. Once you enter the home, the layout itself, the home is 2k sq ft, but seems way larger as it has 4 bd & 3 ba. Not to mention a hang out area in the home with Pac Man, & Fooz ball - which my children enjoyed. With multiple bathrooms, we never had an issue with time to get out of the house. This home is also set up with everything you will need in the kitchen, not just pots & pans, or plates & cups like everywhere else - but this home also had seasonings! Which to us what soo awesome as we forgot our avocado oil. Then the whole home is STOCKED with blankets, I can not tell you how much this helped us, as this is not common. Beds were so comfy, lol we kept oversleeping. We never actually had time to hang out in the back yard or do any BBQ as we were always on the go - but this is a definite YES! And someone else talked about being close to the airplanes, it is not that serious - you can sort of hear it, but I will tell you - you sleep just fine, & everything in this place WAY over compensates for it. Definite yes!

Great experience!

Amazing place! Definitely worth the additional money for the heated pool/spa. Was only my wife and daughter (2 yr old), and having the whole house to ourselves was great, super clean, and property mgmt company was extremely responsive! Great location to PSP, downtown and surrounding area-would definitely book again.

Lovely Stay!

Perfect home for a relaxing weekend! This beautiful and welcoming house has everything you need. It is well equipped, and well stocked with towels and linens. It is airy with the perfect warmth, comfort, and coziness. So much fun amenities that the house has to offer including a beautiful pool, arcade game, fooseball, and ping pong. Great quality beds, plenty of TVs, fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of things to do and enjoy here. I had a great time with my family and I would definitely recommend this place to friends who are looking for a Palm Springs stay. I look forward to returning soon. Thank you for the wonderful weekend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Perfect Home away from home

Having this been our first trip to Palm Springs and staying at this amazing and beautiful house made our experience unforgettable! From the moment you see the house you know you are in for a pleasant stay, beautiful house with curve appeals and the inside is just amazing. All the rooms were very spacious and super clean, The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed the game room was so relaxing and fun but the best was the back yard and pool WoW just wow! Plenty of seating for everyone umbrellas to cover you from the sun rays 2 bbq grills and a beautiful pool and spa can’t wait to be back. 5 stars all the way!

Lovely home in quiet location

Our family of 5 adults enjoyed this beautiful home. Well appointed kitchen and good size bedrooms and bathrooms made everyone happy. Outdoors was fabulous and very comfortable seating in 4 different areas. Pool was great, used in mornings before it got too hot! Would recommend this home. Small issue with one bathroom was dealt with quickly by Vacasa team.

Great girls’ trip!

We overall had a great stay. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels, toilet paper, tissues, toiletries and linens for everyone (extras of everything). We had a minor ant issue in the kitchen and the master bed was warm (on its thermostat). Each room equipped with ceiling fans and smart tv’s. The location was great for morning walks/ runs near paths. Just a few minute drive from downtown PS, the tramway and not even a mile from the grocery. About an hour from Joshua Tree. We really hit it all while we were here (5 days).

All I have to say is-simply amazing!

All I have to say is, simply amazing! We stayed at Desert Shadow for a festival weekend and this house exceeded our expectations! The house was huge and comfortable for 8 adults! We loved all the details the owner put into the decor inside the house and out! Beds and pillows were very comfortable and fresh! Lots of towels and pool towels! Fully stocked kitchen with quality pots and pans, (we cooked the whole stay so that was important for us), all appliances worked perfectly! Fun game room with a working Pac-man machine! The best part was the outdoor heated jacuzzi AND pool! It was an excellent surprise that the pool was heated and there was awesome lighting. We spent a lot of our time relaxing in the beautiful pool! The outside was very clean with plenty of seating and plug outlets for speakers/phones. There was also a washer & dryer in the garage, the owner provided detergent. We are definitely going to stay at this rental again!

You Can Find Better

Came to Palm Springs for a little vacation with 3 girlfriends. We chose to stay in a house instead of our usual hotel for more space. The house overall was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning and heating worked well. The 3 showers were very good. The backyard was well appointed with lots of areas for lounging and shade coverage from the sun. The location was on the outskirts of Palm Springs' main streets, requiring a drive to everywhere. The greatest drawback to this rental is that the house is located on the direct flight path of the Palm Springs airport, something not mentioned in any of the previous reviews, which we found hard to believe as it was an overwhelmingly issue. The takeoffs created loud noise from 6:30 AM to after 12 midnight, waking us up in the morning and preventing sleep until after midnight, Sunday day and night until we left Thursday morning. We couldn't even have a conversation intermittently in the backyard at the flight times. Please be aware of this if you decide to book this rental and want rest and relaxation. It is not here!

Disappointing Experience/Horrible First Impression

My Coworkers and I recently had the unfortunate experience of renting a home through Vacasa, and I regret to say that our stay fell far short of expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that the property had not been properly maintained, and our overall experience was marred by uncleanliness, subpar customer service, and malfunctioning appliances. Upon our arrival at the rental home, our first impression was immediately soured by the sight of a used condom in the driveway as we walked up to the property. This blatant disregard for cleanliness set the tone for the rest of our stay and left us feeling deeply uncomfortable and disappointed. Upon entering the home, it became apparent that the cleanliness issues extended beyond the exterior. The interior of the property was poorly cleaned, with visible dirt, dust, and grime in various areas. It was clear that the property had not been adequately cleaned or prepared for our arrival. In addition to the cleanliness issues, we also encountered problems with the appliances and amenities provided in the rental home. Overall, our experience renting through Vacasa was deeply disappointing and fell well below the standard of service we expected. The combination of uncleanliness, malfunctioning appliances, and poor customer service made for an unpleasant and uncomfortable stay. We sincerely hope that Vacasa takes our feedback seriously and implements necessary improvements to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar issues.

Short stay

Homeowner needs to step it up.

Even though the house layout is great and pool/gazebo area is nice (except for crapy lounge chairs), several issues were exacerbated by 2 maintenance power outages we were not made aware of. This caused the air conditioner, pool heat and refrigerator to blow, ruining all the food we bought and made our stay mostly miserable. House is in flight path and kitty corner from an abandoned house which we were not made aware of although the neighborhood is quiet. Garage door was broken before we even got there. We had to use the garage fridge which wasn’t plugged in at first. King bed is really a Queen bed. No house manual to tell you where things like pool buttons and gazebo lights are located. Our Vacasa customer service guy was very responsive and helped as best he could but most service calls came later than the homeowner relayed to him which kept us waiting around for resolving our issues. We felt sorry for the next renters.

Beautiful, Comfortable, and Restful

Our family of five (3 adult children) had such a relaxing time here. The location is close to grocery stores, golf courses, and downtown Palm Springs (my wife and I had several nice runs through the nearby neighborhoods and into town) - and the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen (we like to cook and were very pleased) were all well appointed and genuinely very comfortable. Be sure to let the property managers know that you would like the hot tub and pool at least three days in advance. We were a little late for that - but they made it work for us anyway - which was very kind (the overall service we received was excellent). We spent a lot of time in the pool! We highly recommend this property.

Great home!

Beautiful home in an ideal location close to downtown! Perfect for a family or group of friends to enjoy the desert! The attention to detail throughout the home added to the enjoyment of the indoor and outdoor spaces. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was equipped with every tool I needed to cook meals for my family. Sitting with our family outdoor to share meals and enjoy the beautiful weather was priceless. We can't wait to come and visit the house again!

Fun and convenient home!

What a great place to stay! We were close to everything, but there was also plenty to do on the property. Plus, the house is well built so that one person could be asleep in a room and not be disturbed by people playing games in the game room or watching tv. We will definitely be back!

Fun days in the house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in spite of the cold, windy, rainy week!. We appreciated the fireplace, game room and especially thankful for the heated pool and hot tub. The house is very comfortable and roomy and is in a great location close to downtown Palm Springs. We had grandparents, our son, daughter in law and 2 kids 12 & 8 The 8 yo loved the foosball and pac man ! We all would love to come back!

Awesome vacation house!

Our group of 6 really enjoyed our stay. We had a great time in the pool and spa, and just hanging out and playing games in the house and making meals. I had one major complaint and one minor. First, the major: the home was 100 degrees when we arrived as the AC units were not turned in to cool the home for our arrival. We had to turn on the two units and leave for about 4 hours at which point it was cooled to about 80 degrees. I'd ask that Vacasa ensure units are cooled upon arrival so that the property is usable the whole time of the stay. Honestly, part of me feels like we shoudl get a refund for that portion of the stay. For the minor complaint, there was no hair dryer. This ended up being fine given Palm Springs hot air - we literally stood outside for about 5 to 10 and used nature's hair dryer :).

Great Palm Spring Home

Spacious and right in town! Very clean and update house. A lot of towels to use for the pool. Make sure you pay for the hot tub and heated pool in advance if you want to use it!
