This conveniently located 3BR/2BA home is within walking distance or a short shuttle ride to Snow Summit Ski Resort. A quick drive takes you to the lake or a plethora of delicious dining options in town.

After fun-filled days on the slopes, enjoy the warm ambience of the wood-burning fireplace followed by a soak in your private hot tub. A ski locker adds an extra layer of convenience.

LIVING AREA

The inviting living area is the social heart of the home, fitted with a sectional, full-size sleeper sofa, and 55in TV with cable and a soundbar.

Cozy up next to the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace after a friendly game of foosball.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up delectable meals in the well-appointed kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of new stainless steel appliances -- including a wine cooler.

Keep the chef company at the kitchen bar with seating for five. When it's time to eat, gather at the six-person dining table.

BED & BATH

This two-story home sleeps six adults and one child.

Find ultimate comfort in the tranquil master suite, featuring a king-size bed, 32in TV with cable, and private access to the hot tub and deck. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination and is also accessible via the hallway.

The second bedroom holds a twin-over-twin bunk bed, twin trundle, and 32in Roku TV equipped with a PlayStation Classic and two controllers. Sleep soundly in the third bedroom, appointed with a queen-size bed and 32in Roku TV.

The guest bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco at the picnic table on the front porch.

On the back deck, you'll find a private hot tub and a table for four. A fully-fenced yard offers a horseshoe pit as well as a playground.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, a ski locker, and driveway parking for three vehicles. Street parking is not permitted.

Make use of the home's private locker to store your snowboards/skis during the winter, and your mountain bikes during the springs/summers!

Firewood is not provided. This rental does not have air-conditioning. Please note that the loft is not accessible.

Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Parties prohibited. No refunds due to eviction for noise disturbances, over-occupancy, or excess vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
