Perfect stop in Kerrville

We stayed just one evening before picking up kids from camp. Location was great, house was cool and bright and clean. Plenty of parking. Owner was very communicative and we felt the house was prepped for our arrival. We look forward to staying here again next year!

Family Visit

We enjoyed staying at this little cottage instead of the overpriced hotel we usually stay at when we visit Kerrville. Great location. Great experience. Two thumbs up. Would recommend.

Cute house in central kerrville

Very enjoyable stay and the property was close to all the venues we wanted. Please note for future guests that the bathroom is very tiny and and the neighbors house lights keep the bedroom very well lit at night!!!

Amazing place

Over all great stay. Cute decorations and furnishings. Comfortable bed and coach is a great sleeping spot (afternoon nap). Great outdoor setting Central location to Kerrville Gibsons store. (I have to visit) Centrally located great restaurants and shopping store Overall I give a 5plus

Had an amazing time! Love the location of the home to all of the stores and restaurants. The home is very well kept all around. Very quiet area in the evening as well. What makes this property unique is that while it is super cute, it is also so very warm. The back patio and fire pit area are so relaxing. If you're lucky you might get to sit on the patio and listen to rain falling on the tin roof.
