Located in the elegant Deepwell Estates neighborhood, our property offers access to a serene pool & spa, housed within a lushly landscaped garden overlooking the mountains. Have a morning coffee in the light of the golden sunrise, or experience a magical sunset while dining al fresco. Enjoy modern amenities and take in the many stylized nods to Palm Springs` colorful history. Our private casita is yours to enjoy!
This lovely one-bedroom unit is bright and has tons of natural light coming from sliding glass doors in all rooms. Spacious and private, the living and bedroom areas offer you total serenity and relaxation. Complete with a full kitchen and recently renovated bathroom, our casita has a private entrance and is completely separate from the main house. The back outdoor area is shared with the homeowner that lives in the main house, but you have complete access to the stunning pool & hot tub . You can truly enjoy the best of indoor/outdoor living in this space, as the sliding doors open right out to the pool and private, adjacent outdoor dining area.
Our living room has plenty of seating space, a large flatscreen SmartTV and countertop seating for two at the kitchen bar. The dining room nook has a table for two, truly perfect for any meal. The bedroom features a plush Queen-sized bed, fitted with soft and luxurious Frette linens. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a dishwasher for your convenience. There`s also a washer/dryer located in the outdoor area, which is yours to use.
The stylish casita decor takes inspiration from the colors & textures of the desert landscape. Meticulous details & accents bring outdoor elements indoors, evoking a seamless experience of the soothing, natural surroundings that Palm Springs is known for.

Youâre renting the entire casita and patio area. Make yourself at home, as everything is yours to enjoy!
Our property is professionally managed by a full service vacation rental agency, so your trip will be worry-free from beginning to end. We will take care of everything from hosted check-in to departure, and will be available for anything you need along the way. We are also available to handle any special or a-la-carte requests, including pre-arrival grocery shopping and arrangement of transportation and/or tours.
CITY OF PALM SPRINGS REGULATIONS & RENTAL RULES
(we don`t make the rules, but we do follow them!)

**No parties or large social gatherings of any kind are permitted at this location!**
Neighbors have been notified that this property is a vacation rental and are encouraged to call a hotline to dispatch authorities to investigate any disturbances. If the city issues a violation, guest will be responsible for payment of any fine(s) and may be evicted with no refund.
- Minimum age for primary renting guest is 25.
- Daytime occupancy is 4 people.
- Overnight occupancy is 2 people.
- Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed.
- The City imposes a strict noise ordinance for vacation rentals. No music is allowed outside at any time, including music coming from inside that can be heard at the property line, and no noise at all is allowed outside after 10pm.
- The City requires a signed written contract for all guests, as well as a copy of the primary renter`s government ID. This will be taken care of during check-in.
- The City requires each guest to pay an 11.5% Transient Occupancy Tax and a 1% Tourism Business Improvement District assessment for stays less than 28 days. If your stay is 28 days or more, taxes do not need to be paid.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
- Check-in time is 4PM, and check-out is promptly by 11AM.
- Our onsite greeter will meet you at the home and give you a tour.
- Late check-outs without prior approval with incur a $250 fee, as we need time to get the house ready for the next guest.
PETS
- Pets are not allowed at this property. Any signs of pets on the property will incur an additional $500 fee and will be cause for eviction.
NO SMOKING
- This is a no smoking property. Any signs of smoking in the unit will incur an additional $250 fee.
SPA HEATING
- Optional spa heating is an additional $25/day.
CLEANING
Final cleaning after your checkout is included in your reservation quote. For stays longer than 6 weeks, guest will be responsible for the cost of a mid-stay clean every 30 days. Funds for mid-stay cleanings will be collected from guest as they occur.
INSURANCE FEE for Vrbo & Direct Bookings (does not apply to Airbnb bookings)
Guest is responsible for the service fee below, depending on length of stay:
â $99: 1-29 nights
â $450: 30-59 nights
â $150: each additional 30-night block
