Come and stay at our cozy, single-level 3 bed/2 bath home! You will be welcomed with an open yet split floor plan including a work from home sit-stand station in the master bedroom. A remodeled and fully appropriated kitchen will keep your in home meals easy and quaint. Home is well equipped with AC and heat to keep you comfortable on any day. Step outside and you will be greeted with a large backyard patio and hot tub, and a cute front porch to enjoy your morning coffee. If you need to stretch your legs further, walk out the front door and enjoy the community park just a hundred yards away.

Comfy place

This little home was as advertised. It is well-furnished, kitchen is well-stocked with quality cooking supplies, dishes, glasses, etc. Appliances are new. Beds are very comfortable with nice bedding. We very much enjoyed our month and recommend it. We would stay there again!

Wonderful Stay

Lovely home in Colorado Springs. Very comfortable house for our two month stay. We especially appreciated the two car garage. Joshua was very responsive and accurately described all features of the home.

Summer stay

Stayed here for 9 weeks with some buddies over the summer. Property was very modern, in excellent condition, and in a great location. The owner was especially great at replying to quickly to any questions or concerns.

Great stay

Josh was very easy to communicate with. He took care of any needs we had. The house was in a great location, clean, and comfortable. Other than a hiccup on not being able to check in at the time I was supposed to everything was wonderful.

Great Plains stay

The property was a great place for my employees to stay while working on a project in Colorado Springs. Josh was quick to respond when there were questions or concerns about the property. We were able to extend the stay when the project went longer than expected. Josh made the process for check in and check out easy.

We can recommend this proprty

We stayed at this property for 3 months while shopping for a house. We had a couple of issues which the owner addresses in a timely manner. The location is close to shopping and restaurants, major streets are about a mile away and I 25 is about 5 miles away.

Great family getaway

Josh's place is perfect for a family getaway in a perfect neighborhood. So close to grocery, coffee, and so many cool restaurants. Walking anywhere is fabulous. The view from the back windows is gorgeous, where else can you see Pikes Peak from your window? The house was spacious enough for our little family, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Kitchen was very well stocked for cooking and eating meals at the big dining table was perfect. Wifi was okay, working from here was doable. No issues with power or weather related issues. A very good stay in a great neighborhood ( used to live 2 blocks over years back). Really, really comfortable. I recommend this place to anyone. We'll be back!!

Great Choice

We had a very nice 30-day stay in this rental. The house is in a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood. It is reasonably convenient to many places in the area that are worth visiting. The house itself is large, comfortable, well laid out, and efficient. The king bed was very comfortable (we didn’t use the others). The kitchen was well equipped with plates, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, etc. There is a very nice outdoor space to enjoy - with a very nice view of Pike’s Peak - a bonus we thoroughly enjoyed. There is a hot tub on the patio that we didn’t use but it looked very clean and well maintained. The host is exceptional. We arrived to find a recent wind storm blew the grill off the patio and into pieces. Within days, a new grill was delivered and assembled by their property manager, Sam - also exceptional. We needed some supplies to help keep the home clean and the host was again quick to provide what was needed. In short, I believe this host will do anything within reason to make sure you have a good stay. We were very happy with this choice for our stay in Colorado Springs. We would stay here again without question.

Josh went on to work in commercial construction and development while Elle has spread her unique talents over a career in floral and interior design, home flipping, and commercial design & pre-construction services. Along the way, they have had 4 kids and continue to raise them in the Phoenix metroplex. Elle has since stepped away from her career and does all the hardest work of raising their 4 children.

The first thing you will come to enjoy is that this home is one of the few single level homes in Colorado Springs. Upon entry you will find that the home is quaint, updated, and robust in features and layout. The open living space provides ample room for communing with friends and family while the bedrooms provide a cozy and welcoming retreat to end your day. For those expecting the need to handle office/work tasks along the way, the master bedroom provides an automated sit/stand desk with monitor/keypad/mouse. Once you get the office/work tasks behind you, venture outside where you will find patio furniture, a propane BBQ, and hot tub. All of this is situated on a vast concrete patio which is conveniently lit with the soft lighting of string lights for those evening meals and hangouts. If the grassy areas in the back and front yards aren't enough, walk one house down and cross the street to find a robust park including basketball courts, playground, and acres of grass!
