Las Terrazas ("The Terraces") is a gorgeous home with phenomenal lake views and outdoor living spaces. This home is comfortable, clean, beautiful & well-stocked.

Your stay includes a private hot tub and large backyard, and is walkable to our newly refinished community pickleball & tennis courts. You will have access to the golf course, private boat launch, Olympic-sized pool, fitness center & more.

Fast and free 1000 Mbps WiFi is included in the home. Our home has central air conditioning and heating.

The driveway and garage are available for your use, and the driveway can accommodate boat parking.

The local store, Venture Mart, as well as the new Fourth Quarter Grill, are conveniently located just steps outside our backyard.

Please note that you will need to bring wood pellets and/or firewood if you plan to utilize the grill or the outdoor firepit.

All bedrooms have brand new super comfy Dreamcloud mattresses, and disc chargers for conveniently charging cell phones.

Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): A truly beautiful retreat, the upstairs en-suite bedroom features a King bed, a large walk in closet, Smart 50" TV and a large bathroom featuring a shower with double shower heads and two sinks.

Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): Queen bed This room also features an Xbox One and plenty of games to enjoy. There are French doors with lake views and access to the top deck.

Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): Queen bed, dresser and 50" Smart TV.

Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): Two queen beds and a 50" Smart TV.

Bedroom 5 (Downstairs): King bed, dresser and a 50" Smart TV.

The Living Room: A large leather sectional and two swivel chairs allow for enjoyment of the lake views. There is also a 50" smart TV and electric fireplace.

The Top Deck: From the living room, French doors lead out to the outdoor top deck, where you can take in the view as you sip your morning coffee or enjoy cocktails in the evening. The is a large outdoor table with 8 chairs, two lounge chairs and two outdoor sofas, as well as 50" outdoor Smart TV and an Oklahoma Joe's Rider Wood Pellet Grill.
*Guests must provide their own pellets to use with the grill.

The Bottom Deck: Take the stairs from the top deck downstairs to enjoy the large lower deck. Downstairs you will find a ping pong table and 8-person hot tub.

The Backyard: The private and fully fenced spacious backyard is the perfect place for the kids to run around. There is a lovely firepit to enjoy in the cooler months along with several comfy Adirondack chairs.

The Dining Room: Features a custom round table with seating for 10.

The Kitchen: Fully equipped for all of your cooking needs.

Downstairs Kids Reading Nook: This adorable secret space will be the favorite escape for your little ones. Outfitted with super comfy and colorful pillows and sitting cushions, the custom half door is perfect for the kiddos to have their own space to play and read.
