We’re sorry that several aspects of the condo did not meet expectations. Many condos at North Coast Village do not have air conditioning due to the coastal climate, but we understand that limited airflow, warmer temperatures, and street noise can affect comfort during a stay. We also apologize for the concerns with the carpet, musty smell, uneven flooring, and shower/bath fixture. Lindsay, we're truly sorry your stay turned out this way. Being without enough fans during a heat advisory, waiting hours for a response, and dealing with ants, especially with your child getting bitten, is not the experience we want for any guest. You should have had at least two fans in the unit, and you should have gotten a quick answer when you reached out.
