- The entire upstairs comprises the master suite with queen bed, full bath, walk-in shower and balcony.
- Outside are two gorgeous mahogany decks, the front is peaceful with two rockers, the main, south facing deck has ample lounge seating and teak dining for 8 people. Mahogany outdoor shower.

We are an easy 10-12 minute walk to the Surfside beaches; Fishermans', Steps, and Nobadeer. The home is completely stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, blankets, coolers, umbrella and more.
