This was a fantastic house for our young family! Easy to walk to beaches, downtown, and in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. The yard and porch were added bonuses. Would definitely stay here again!

very nice property. love the wrap around porch and we especially like having beach chairs and umbrellas and coolers!!! Dennis was awesome. Always available to answer questions and very helpful with restaurant recommendations. We had a great stay!!

Centrally located with excellent parking. Although it was disclosed, three bedroom upstairs that we occupied all, the one bathroom was an issue. There was one bathroom in the kitchen are as well but necessitated going downstairs. Out door area was our favorite. Sat out on porch with blankets every morning.

Great spot! Location is lovely, quiet area and easy walk or bicycle ride into town and locations. Loved sitting on the porch and having a coffee in the morning. Beds and rooms all very comfortable!

Great visit great property

We rented this great house on short notice and had a great trip. Wonderful location on a quiet street. Close to town, bike paths, beaches. Check-in process was easy. Owner was very easy to deal with and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay!

Private, quiet location that is walking distance to Steps Beach, short walk to downtown, and bike riding to Jetties Beach is close too. Cheerful house and responsive host. Would definitely recommend and would return for sure!

Just what we needed

Dennis’ property was lovely, spacious, and clean. My family of six people stayed here for a long weekend and absolutely loved it. Some highlights include having coffee on the wraparound porch in the morning, an outdoor shower after the beach, and the proximity to shops and restaurants in town. You can’t beat this stay!!

Our stay was wonderful. The host, Dennis, was extremely commutative before and during our stay. The house was equipped with everything to make our stay easy.

This was truly the most equipped cottage I have ever stayed in. Every little detail was thought of which made it feel effortless and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The home is beautiful, cozy and perfectly Nantucket. We had everything we needed and more and it really made our stay feel special. I would give it more than five stars if I could

Wonderful house in a perfect location. The host was easy to work with and communicated well. Absolutely loved the wrap around porch. Very comfortable and clean. Great amenities and the house was stocked with supplies. We will stay here when we come back to Nantucket. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Perfect little Nantucket House

We absolutely loved our stay at this quintessential Nantucket home. It fit our family perfectly and had everything we needed. The wrap around porch is so New England and the outdoor shower was a perfect addition. We love the proximity to town and the adorable neighborhood. Dennis was a wealth of recommendations and very communicative as we needed through the trip! Will definitely return!

At home

This house was the perfect place for the week. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials. The bedrooms linens were so luxurious and my group felt so at home for the week. The wrap around porch was a lovely place to drink your morning coffee. There is really nothing that we were missing here. I would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing trip, amazing house!

Dennis was an amazing host! Very responsive and provided some great suggestions of things to do and places to eat, since this was our first time on the island. The house was as described, and beautiful! Short walk, 12 min, to the Sand Bar and Jetties Beach. The house had everything you could need and the porch was to die for. I loved sitting out there with my coffee and book in the morning and enjoyed a nice glass of wine in the evening. When we go back this will be the place we stay! A big thank you Dennis for helping make the trip amazing!

Home was wonderful, but owner was even better

Dennis went above and beyond for us. His home is lovely, well decorated and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need to prepare a meal. There were current kids’ toys and books mine were delighted to discover. The yard is perfect and enclosed, which is perfect for little ones who have no concept of street. It’s a beautiful walk, easy to navigate on foot which we did. Dennis is beyond responsive via text and email. Despite being busy with his own life, he checked in to see how the trip was a few times. When the island lost power for nearly a day, he graciously offered to extend our stay free of charge, despite it being no fault of his, and tried to help in whatever way he could from where he lives. He didn’t have to do that, let alone care, but he did. His character is the sole reason we would stay at his home alone over and over again. Thank you Dennis & family for having us and helping save our trip.

The house is beautiful and spacious! The couches were even nicer than shown in photo. The outdoor shower is amazing. The host is super helpful and quick to respond. 10 minute walk to steps beach and 15 to 18 minutes to town. So many gorgeous gardens to look at on the way. The wrap around porch was perfect place to hang out. Great decorations/decor. Beds comfy and many clean linens/towels available. Had a wonderful stay!
