Enjoy this updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom modern condo located on the 8th (top) floor on the North Side of the building. This unit offers updated flooring, an open kitchen, updated bathrooms, a new smart TV in the living room, brand new king size bed in MBR, and ceiling fans in all living areas. This unit also offers great views from its two full size balconies—one off the living room and one off the MBR. Relax on your two balconies while enjoying views of the ocean and the lake, the peaceful sound of the waves, and sunsets!

Living room sofa converts into a full size sleeper sofa if needed.

Excellent

Had another great year and looking forward to next summer. Check in process was so easy, staff very pleasant and helpful. Working with Brittany to get everything in place has always been easy and efficient. Thanks for another great visit!

Great stay - Awesome location!

The location of this property can’t be beat! Literally walk out onto the boardwalk and then the beach. It was great having not one but 2 balconies overlooking the ocean!

A room with a view.

The unit was very comfortable for our family. Love the location, close to the beach and boardwalk. We park our car in the garage and didn't need to move for the entire week. Had all the amenities we needed.

Very Good

The service and amenities are excellent. The Unit is very beautiful and well kept. My only negative about the unit is the cleanliness of the floors and carpet. They look and appear very clean. However the bottoms of my daughters feet and my socks literally would turn black after walking around. I spilled a small amount of water on the kitchen floor and wiped it with a paper towel and the towel was literally dark gray. So the floors and carpet could use a deep clean. Other than that everything was absolutely amazing.
