While smaller than upper floor suites, this privately owned studio condo offers picture worthy ocean views through a wall of windows and a ground-level patio that's steps away from an easy, private staircase entrance to the beach. Stairway to Eleven can comfortably sleep up to 4 people on a queen bed and full-size Murphy bed, and it features a walk in shower.

Stairway to Eleven also comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, complete with full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, drip coffee maker, and microwave, and a small dining table to allow you to enjoy an oceanfront dining experience from the comfort of your condo.

The Unit of Association Owners, our HOA, provides Wi-fi and cable TV throughout the complex, as well as an indoor pool. D Sands Condominiums also features its own easy and private beach access so that guests can take full advantage of our oceanfront location and play in the sand and surf.

If you walk 15-20 minutes on the beach to the north, you will find natural tidepools with all kinds of sea life. Or stay a little closer to home, and take in one of the most famous rivers in the world, the D River, the shortest river on the planet. The D River State Recreation Area is adjacent to the property, and provides even easier access to the beach in the form of a gradual slope.
