Please remember you are staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat our space with respect. If you do run into an issue we will do our best to make it right ASAP, but there is no one living on the property.

With Covid19 affecting many people we are continuing to follow our cancellation policy. As long as Tennessee does not place any mandated restrictions we will be up and running as normal. We are following Covid safety guidelines and enhanced cleaning to ensure your safety during your stay. The risk of last minute cancellations will be the responsibility of the guest.
We also do not refund for things outside of our control such as weather, road conditions or power outages unless there is a government declared state of emergency. We advise you to get trip insurance.

Making Memories 2023

This cabin was absolutely perfect for our family of 8 (5 adults & 3 children). There was room for everyone to do their thing…whether it was to sit on the porch and enjoy the marvelous view, play pool or an arcade game, or enjoy something to eat from the well stocked kitchen. Everyone was happy. The three bathrooms made it easy to get ready in the morning. It’s not easy moving this many people, especially 3 kiddos under the age of 10, but the space and amenities made it efficient for sure. Then the location. Wow! So close to the main events of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, yet far enough away that we could enjoy gazing at the stars in the evening. What a view! Finally I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the owners. Very attentive to the few questions we had. Timely and engaged. Made it feel like we were staying at a family member’s home. Check out was easy peasy, which I always appreciate. (I rent several VRBOs per year and can speak from experience. Not all locations keep it this simple.) Strongly recommend this location for your next trip to the Smokies!

Family vacation

Great cabin - enjoyed stay very much. Only issue we had was some building/rehab going on in neighboring cabins caused some extra noise - but overall great place for us. Enjoyed game room and association pool.

Our stay November 17-23

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The house was beautiful and we enjoyed the game room so much! The property manager was very helpful when we spoke with her. The cabin had everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again….thanks for a great trip!

Great Family Cabin

We had a short weekend stay in the beautiful cabin with entertainment for all ages! It was a perfect location so close to everything! Communication with the host was top notch as well! 100% reccomend!

Conveniently located near downtown Pigeon forge. Easy to get to.

The home was a great location. Great place as there is a local pool at the end of the road we didn't realize was for all guest! Great bonus! Plenty of friendly neighbors not far. The host were amazing as they went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay! Thank you..
