Charming one level, 3 bedroom home in the heart of Nags Head!
You canât beat the charm, location or value of the family-friendly Barefoot Sisters Cottage! It is conveniently located between the ocean and the sound with access to a community swimming pool and basketball and tennis courts. Perfect for small families and couples alike, this cute cottage is well-equipped and comfortably furnished with fun beach-themed decor, flat screen TVs, Wifi, a fireplace, outdoor shower and much more.
The Old Nags Head Cove Community Pool will be open from late May through early-mid September and guests may access the pool by paying a nominal daily or weekly fee. Guests may also have access to the Old Nags Head Cove boat ramp for a weekly fee. The sound shore near the Barefoot Sisters Cottage is a great place for kids and pets to play and adults to relax. The shallow sound waters don't have the currents and waves of the ocean and we never have "red flag" days! The sound is also excellent for sail boats, kayaks, kite boards, paddleboards, or just about any type of personal watercraft. You and your family will feel right at home in this comfortable cottage, drinking your morning coffee on the front porch, whiling away the days sunning at the beach, cooking family meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, and enjoying the peace and quiet gathered around the fireplace.
**Please note that the VRBO service fee will be instantly charged upon booking by VRBO but all rents, host fees, and taxes will be processed by Cola Vaughan Realty within 24 hours of booking and Cola Vaughan Realty will handle all of the details of your stay**
**Please note that linens (sheets and towels) are NOT included. If you do not want to bring your own linens, a discount code for a local linen service is provided after booking. Bedspreads and pillows are included.
