Very nice place and great location to the beach. We enjoyed staying there. Loved the open concept of kitchen and living room. Only issue was that we were not provided with bedding for pull out couch and sleepers. Upon getting ready for bed we noticed that the bedding that we confirmed would be there was not. Luckly we called right before the office was closed and they brought it to is.

Amazing place

Very cozy and spacious. It is decorated so whimsically with cute signage all throughout. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was very clean. The property is located very close to beach access.

Great location

For the most part everything was great. Communication, rooms, the home in general very clean and very near the beach. Only thing I would change was having a heated pool in the summer and have a better electric stovetop.

Nice house, close to the beach

Close to the beach. House was in decent shape, just turn on the AC as soon as you can because that 3rd floor gets hot. Pool requires daily netting to get all the seeds from the trees out but the water is clear. Would stay again.

We had an awesome stay.my kids had never seen ocean before but they had a blast.the house was amazing didnt exactly have enough bed rooms but we made it work.the floors were dirty when we got there but we got through it we will stay again.maybe next year.

We really enjoyed our stay! The beach house was very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our group and fur baby. The accommodations were very good, and the location was definitely one of the highlights—very convenient and perfect for enjoying South Padre Island.A few things that may be helpful for future guests to know: there are three regular beds, along with a couch that converts into a bed and additional couches in the bedrooms. There was also an air mattress available, but unfortunately, there was no pump to inflate it. The kitchen is nicely set up but has a two-burner stovetop, so if you plan on preparing larger meals during your stay, that is something to keep in mind.We also noticed that the exterior lights near the garage/parking area and on the second-floor balcony were not working. We contacted the rental agency, and they were very responsive and sent someone over right away to check them. We were told that the light fixtures needed to be replaced, and we appreciated how quickly they addressed our concern.Overall, the home was spacious, the accommodations were comfortable, and the location was even better! For the space, location, and price, we felt it was a great value and would definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful home!

The house was perfect for our stay at Padre Island. It was roomy, very nicely furnished with all the amenities needed plus some! Loved the fridge in the garage for extra beverages and the bait the guys needed for fishing. The pool was amazing! Very private and heated too! We loved all of it. Many places within walking distance from the house. Five stars for sure!
