We’re glad to hear that you found the room itself to be great, but we’re truly sorry for the issues you experienced with the hot water during your stay. The lack of consistent hot water in the kitchen and bathroom is not in line with our standards, and it should never have been necessary for you to heat water on the stove to do dishes. We also apologize that some of the dishes were not properly cleaned before your arrival. Your comments have been shared with our maintenance and housekeeping teams so we can address the hot water system and ensure all kitchen items are thoroughly cleaned and inspected going forward. We are always available to assist during a stay, and had we known about the hot water issues while you were here, we would have done our best to troubleshoot the problem or offer alternatives.
