Pittoreska och tysta Northshore Villa inbäddat i hjärtat av byn Anna Maria, på Anna Maria Island. Vårt 2 sovrum 1 badrum hem har nyligen uppdaterats för våra gäster njutning. Sitt ute på vårt däck på morgonen och njut av en lugn och tyst kopp kaffe eller njut av en kort promenad för att äta fantastiskt färskt bakverk, bröd och rostat kaffe på den lokala antikaffären och bageriet precis utanför Magnolia och Gulf Drive. På eftermiddagen bara några steg är några av Floridas bästa sandiga vita stränder att koppla av på eller doppa din tå eller mer i den azurblå Mexikanska golfen. Promenera ner Pine Ave. och gå tillbaka i tiden med pittoreska affärsfronter och cafés och verandaer alla med gungstolar. Upplev några av de bästa kustnära shopping. Längs Pine Ave., Spring Ave eller Magnolia har du snabb tillgång till västra sidan av ön som visar 7 miles av en vit sandstrand eller i öster, bara en kort promenad till buksidan av ön och spenderar tid på historiska stadskärnan när du fiskar, eller tittar på Sunshine Skyway-bron.

Medan ner på Pine Ave. Du kan också uppleva det pittoreska centrumet för glass, matsal, teater och shopping. Kom och upplev ön som bor hos oss.

Jeff och jag har bott och arbetat här på Anna Maria Island i över 20 år nu och skulle gärna dela vårt lilla paradis med dig.

Perfect spot!

Great Vacation

The house was very clean and perfectly located on the North end of the island. The second bedroom had 3 beds which worked perfect for our family.

Excellent stay

The location is great. Very short walk to the beach and restaurants. Property was private. Fit family of 5 and dog comfortably. Any questions I had were answered immediately by owner.

Great villa and location!!

This little cottage was exactly as advertised. Very clean, easy check in process - owners were very accommodating to my requests. So close to shops, the trolley and beach. Will definitely be back!!

Great Stay on AMI!

Great location and property! We had a wonderful time at this home on AMI as it was very close to everything we needed. The home has all the essentials that we needed and was well stocked. Owner was pretty responsive to my questions ahead of time and our family had a great stay!

Awesome Vacation Rental

Wonderful stay. Loved the yard, property was within walking distance to beach, bay, restaurants and shops. House had everything we needed and more. Owners communicated quickly and were very helpful. Just a perfect place for us, and will definitely stay there again.

Great location CLEAN

We had a fabulous time our family will be returning for many years to come. The owner was always available if we needed anything and is a local Island real estate agent and resident who manages her own property very well . The owners are wonderful and the place was very clean and in a fabulous location what a cute adorable beach cottage .

Great location and affordable.

All good, from vrbo easy access and house was clean. Well furnished. With comfy furniture, good wifi for Tv viewing, walking access to shops and exceptional dining, and water Cruises, etc. I'm picky and I was impressed. You will appreciate Vrbo!

Lovely cottage

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Anna Maria island. We have friends and family that live here, but we wanted to have our own space. Location was great! We loved the cottage. It was very comfortable. This was our first time staying at the property. We will definitely be booking it again the next time we come. Great Value!

Great location great owners

We had a fantastic time at this rental. The owners were wonderful hosts. The home is in a fantastic location, quaint, cute with a lot of character. If you're looking for something that is in a great spot, affordable, clean, this is the place to go. The house had everything we needed and then some. You will not be dissappointed with this rental. We are definitely coming back.

Cosy cottage in a great location

We just had a lovely week on Anna Maria and this cottage was perfect for all our needs. It has comfy beds, big sofas and a nice hot shower. Everything worked perfectly and the kitchen was well equipped. The best thing was the location just off Pine. We enjoy walking round the beach, cycling and visiting our favourite haunts such as the donut experiment, 2 scoops, Ginny and Jane’s and the Sandbar. All were a short walk from the cottage. Would definitely like to stay again. Thanks Michelle.

Nicest place we’ve stayed yet

Michelle is so easy to get along with and always accessible. I am a “clean freak” so I was more than pleasantly surprised at how clean and well taken care of this rental was. I actually felt like I was in my own home and could relax Perfect location to shops and beach. The bathroom was actually clean and remodled. The pictures don’t do it justice. We relocated here to Anna Maria Island 28 years ago from Michigan. We now enjoy raising our family here in this quaint coastal community. We are business owners locally. In addition to running our vacation rental Michelle is a local successful Realtor on Anna Maria Island at Duncan Real Estate, a mom, a local resource for her customers , and recently after Hurricane Helene and Milton hit she now also loves helping people coordinate their property remodels and decor. I enjoy helping to create a lifestyle for my customers so they can also enjoy our amazing tropical sunsets and be a part of a small quaint coastal community. She also finds time to enjoy the beach and watch a few sunsets and volunteer locally.

We chose to purchase a vacation rental because we knew it was a sound investment and now feel that we hope to be able to share a little bit of this paradise we have found with everyone.

The property is unique in its location. Sitting at the historic north end of Anna Maria. We are in the heart of the village of Anna Maria just steps away from Pine Ave. shopping and dining district. You are literally at the best end of the island and walking distance from everything local that you would want to enjoy and experience. Although having a vehicle is nice it is not necessary as there is a trolley that runs north and south on the island to all the necessary conveniences the island has to offer.
