nice house. We enjoyed how close it was to the state park. It is a but farther from town but it was a very peaceful area when we went (low season).

Very clean!! Location is great!Good choice for a value home.Older home but remodel on inside is VERY nice!!Downstairs lounging area is not nice and new like pictures.Very quick responses with issue(s).

The only issue was power going off two days in a row. I understand that you had no control. However a heads up would have been nice. Other than that we had a great time. Think about putting a journal book sun the house so people can leave their experiences for the next guest. The thing they did and placeses they went. Thanks Marolyn

The bathrooms had dead bugs on the floor up and downstairs, Some of the walls needed repainting pretty bad. The TV's up and down stairs had no local channels, and I'm pretty sure it advertises Satellite TV. No TV in bedrooms we like to watch the news at night to check weather etc. I should have seen in the pictures and property details so that's on me. You might want another kitchen trash can, its not in the best condition. The furniture downstairs might need replaced, the legs are broke. The location to me was very nice.

5 grow men there for the Lone Star Rally and this house was perfect for us! The underneath outdoor patio area served up the best entertainment spot! We had a blast.

This is a lovely elevated home west of Galveston. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, and there was a great area downstairs with the television outside. We used that space a lot. I love the neighbor. The house is in close to a marina and has access to that. Overall, a wonderful peaceful stay.

The house was exactly as advertised! My 5 year-old son said he wished we could live there forever. I loved that it was so close to the beach parking lot.

Relaxing getaway

Loved staying here. House was clean and plenty big for our family. Loved that our dogs could stay with us too! Very close to the beach and the West End Marina. Can’t wait to go back!

Summer Family Vacay

This property was perfect for our family! Everything was modern and up to date! The location was perfect and very very close to the beach. The outdoor seating and outdoor shower was a plus!

Everything we needed!

We enjoyed our stay at the Flip Flop Inn. It was clean and had everything we needed. My parents didn’t realize how far down the island it is, so make sure you realize it’s not close to the strand or the seawall (about 20 min drive), but was still a great place to stay!

Overall a nice place.

We enjoyed our stay. House was very comfortable for 5 adults. We had alot of fun with the outdoor bar area and yard. House is within walking distance (about a 3 minute walk) to the beach.

Wonderful find with exceptional management

Beautiful house, well situated for peace and quiet with everything we needed for a 10 day stay. Insane sunset views enjoyable from the front porch and beach just a short walk away. Had a couple of queries during the stay and New Century property management were fast and friendly to respond. 100% recommended and would definitely stay again. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay.

Great beach house! Easy breezy short walk to pretty beach! The house is exactly as described. Kitchen is fantastic!!! Beds are a little firm, but I slept well. Plenty of plugs for chargers. Outdoor area is great for families! I rented a golf cart and it was great! Host was so good at communicating.

Property was clean and inviting. Location was good and the local bar was convenient when you needed a drink. My brothers and I had plenty of room and space. We came down to do some fishing and had a good time. We would recommend this location. Thanks for the stay.

Great little house

Only Negs I have was the beds where not comfortable and 1 towel per person for a 9 day stay meant doing laundry in vaca a lot! Other than that, house was great. Smaller than pics make it appear, but cozy and nice . Enjoyed our stay greatly.

Hi Jason, Thank you so much for your review. We are very glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. Sorry that you did not find the beds to be very comfortable. It can be difficult to accommodate everyone's preference as some people like softer beds while others prefer a firm bed. Each guest does receive one beach towel and one bath towel along with ample hand towels for the bathrooms and towels for the kitchen. We hope to see you again!
