Come check out one of the great works by pioneering architect William Krisel. Signature gambled roofline and high clerestory windows are some great features to marvel. This 3BD/2BA vacation home checks all the boxes that are required to have a stress-free and enjoyable time in the desert. Plenty of social spaces, inside and out. A fully-stocked designer kitchen, a large backyard with heated pool & hot tub, spacious fire pit area with built-in seating, even a small bistro table outside the primary bedroom to take in the desert mornings. The space really is a nice throw-back to the mid-century modern greatness that defines Palm Springs. Located in a neighborhood of similar homes and situated on a quiet street with minimal traffic.

POOL HEAT: Elevate your stay with the option to heat the pool, available upon request at time of booking or prior to your arrival. This feature ensures your pool is a comfortable 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your entire stay. Rates vary seasonally: NOV-MAR at $75/night and APR/MAY/OCT at $50/night. Pool heat is not needed during the months not listed. Note that pool heating must be consecutive days and requires a minimum 24-hour notice for optimal warmth on your first night. HOT TUB: Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.

Everything went smoothly, enjoyed the property thoroughly. The digital concierge was very informative! The yard was excellent, beds comfortable and character of the mid-century era was a great vibe, would stay here again!

Nice location, but noisy with planes

I stayed at the home with a group of 4 ladies for a nice, chill weekend. The house was nice, but the neighborhood had super strict rules including "No outdoor music". This was kind of a bummer especially since the location was very noisy due to the location near airport so we heard planes constantly. Other than that, it's a nice rental location!
