Would stay here again

The condo was just as described. The view was amazing from the balcony, and you could watch the sunrise and sunsets from there. We enjoyed the pool area and beach everyday. The beach service chairs that were included were a nice bonus, you just have to get down there early if you want front row. All in all it was a great experience.

Spring Break at Splash

We had the best time. This is a must-resort if you have kiddos. There is a BIG splash pad, a lazy river, and two pools - one heated. We didn't have to leave the complex. The condo was a perfect space for two adults, two kiddos, and one baby. The beds were very comfortable, but the sofa was not very comfortable. Using both showers/baths at the same time put a strain on the hot water heater. Just a comment on the complex - We didn't have to wait long on the elevators, except on the day we checked out. From 9 to 10:00, everyone is going out to the pool or beach or checking out and we waited over 30-40 minutes for there to be room on an elevator. With this, we still look forward to booking here again!

Had better stays

Check in was easy. The property was good except there is no arcade or mini bowling, the pools are not really heated as advertised, elevator was down for a few days which made wait times crazy. Communication with owner went well. Responded quickly. Washer had a terrible mildew smell, fridge wouldn’t seal correctly, and Thermostat kept saying poor air quality and for us to open a window. Owner did send people to fix issue but was never resolved. We also were not notified of a time frame for someone to come by and I had just got out of the shower when they entered the room. The place had plenty of space and the view was beautiful. I think they need to hire new cleaners because it was not cleaned properly. The beds are decent but the master bed was very firm.

Great place to stay!

We went as a family to enjoy this great condo and enjoyed it very much. The condo was clean and well maintained. The view was excellent and the beach was awesome. We where able to see dolphins and rays from the balcony.

Great place to stay

We loved how spacious the condo was and how nice it was. The beds were really comfortable and the master bedroom was spacious. The pullout couches were comfy as well and well maintained. The pools, and splash pad was well kept and fun entertainment for the kids.

The room was perfect. The host had everything set up and ready. The only cons for the entire resort was the elevators took a decent amount of time to pick you up. The kids water park water was ice cold. We spent most of our time on the beach or visiting things in town, or just hanging out in the room. Loved our vacation.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at this condo! Like other reviews it could have used a little more cleaning and couches were not that comfortable, but overall stay was excellent. The 2 king beds were comfortable, and kitchen was fully equipped. We loved that this condo came with beach chairs. The resort itself was a perfect place to bring our 3-year-old son. He had a blast and we loved that it had a eating place there that we could grab lunch, drinks and ice cream. It made for a nice treat after playing all day in the sun. We would recommend staying at this condo.

Cleanliness

Loved our stay even though I had to sweep and mop the floors when we arrived because there was quite a bit of sand on them and because of that I wasn’t sure if the bed sheets and pillow cases on the beds were clean so I washed all of them and remade the beds. The condo was beautiful though.

Needs an update!

New cushions outside, a working vacuum and garbage disposal are highly needed. There is mold behind the bathroom fixtures, in the washer and all the vents are full of dust. However the pull out couch and chair are comfortable and allow for extra guests to stay comfortably!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We enjoyed staying in this condo for our family vacation. Everything is as pictured. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could need stocked. The floors did leave our feet a little black, but everything else was very clean. My little one had the BEST time at the water park. If you have younger children, I highly recommend Splash. The owner was wonderful to work with!

Awesome for kids!

We had a great vacation. Having both the beach and splash pools to keep the kids entertained was very nice, and the free movie rentals were a bonus. We were close to Pier Park shopping, lots of nice restaurants, and a winn dixie just up the street. Robin was very helpful and was always available for questions. My deposit was quickly refunded as well. Thanks again for an awesome week!

Warm and inviting

My stay at this location was very delightful. The checkin process only took a few minutes. Within checking in the owner reached out to make sure everything was in order. I advise of my one concern in which they followed up and advised immediately. The place was very clean. Everything was operational. Can wait to visit and stay here again.

Best Mother’s Day

Decided to book a very last minute trip for Mother’s Day and it was the best! Owner was quick to respond and great to work with on such short notice. View was amazing! Great resort for kids! Condo was as described in listing. Had everything we needed. The condo was the cleanest rental I’v stayed in. Most leave your feet black and sandy when you walk in on the first day, but not this one. It was really clean which was nice since I have little ones that play in the floor! Would absolutely book again!

Splash

Splash Resort was great. Parking garage was easy to park, come, and leave from. Condo was good but could have had kitchen stocked a bit more. It was clean but fold out couch had some stains and the floor could use a good mopping. Condo had brooms and vacuum but no mop. The location on 8th floor was great. Overall, it was good but will probably look for a different condo with 3 bedrooms at Splash next time.

Great trip

Popcorn was in the sofa. Round table had not been cleaned. Toilet in the master, continued to run unless we lifted lid and jiggled the handle. The bath was a slow drain.No towel rack in the second bath. Then found under the sink. We did enjoy our time there. The kitchen is well stocked. The kids loved all the choices to swim. We all loved the lazy river. And of course the beach.

Nice condo

We had a very good time. The view was beautiful and the condo was nice and it was clean. But the washer was broken. We didn't have use of it until Thursday afternoon (we arrived on Saturday). We had to take our laundry elsewhere to wash it. We still had a good time but it was an inconveniece.

Off-season Rental

The condo was clean, well-stocked, and beautiful. It has a fabulous ocean view. We'd love falling asleep to the sound of the ocean waves. We also enjoyed biking in the nearby conservation park, and other places in town. Our only concern was that the online listing mentioned features that were not available. The heated pool and hot tub were out because of winter maintenance, and the onsite coffee shop wasn't open yet. There was also a lot of very noisy construction, and only one elevator was working. These issues were not under the host's control, however we would've appreciated an accurate VRBO posting.
