Welcome to our island home-away-from-home! The Big Island is a truly special place with something for everyone – from beaches to walks and hikes to water activities, golf, shopping, and sight-seeing.

Waikoloa Beach Villas is adjacent to the Queens and Kings Shops for easy access to shopping, dining, groceries, cinema, coffee, etc. Our Unit C2 is conveniently located steps away from one of the two beautiful, heated lagoon-style pools. And it’s an easy 12-15 minute walk to one of the Big Island’s most beautiful beaches, ‘Anaeho’omalu Bay!

The condo is stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, pool noodles, snorkels, fins, beach/pool toys, and even a Stand-Up Paddle Board – all for your use while you stay with us.

Our condo features a spacious state-of-the-art kitchen with rich wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The open concept floor plan leads into the comfortable living room with flat-screen cable TV and queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa. Just off the living room is the private lanai – perfect for eating outside or just relaxing in the beautiful weather.

The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed, flat-screen cable TV, and a beautiful en suite master bath with walk-in closet, soaker tub, and tile shower.

The second bedroom can be set up with two Twin XL beds OR with one King bed. Just let us know what you prefer when you book and it will be set for you! The bedroom also has flat-screen cable TV.

The one-car garage is available for convenient parking and contains all of the beach gear.

We had an amazing stay in Waikoloa Beach. The location was perfect- close to golf, shopping, restaurants, beach.The condo was lovely and had everything we needed- beach towels and gear, cooking supplies and Ziplock bags, and lots of room for everyone to spread out. The property manager was very helpful and the place was immactulate and well maintained.

Family Vacation

We stayed at this property for 3 nights and it was very nice! Pool was very close and had a rock water fall. Also had nice hot tub. There was an outdoor shopping center across the street called Queen’s Market-including a grocery store, shopping, restaurants. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location

Love the property. Walking distance to shops and dining. Close drive to all of our favorite activities. We come often to the big island and have family in Hilo. We will definitely be back to this location.

Wonderful

The place was very nice, good location, and clean. It was great to be near the pool, which was beautiful and almost always quiet. The owner and property manager were phenomenal. They were very responsive to any questions I had and provided lots of information about the island. I 100% recommend staying there!

Great stay

Well kept condo that was well stocked. It had everything I could think of and needed. Condo agent was extremely helpful prior to checking in and when checking in. My guests from Seattle really enjoyed it.

Extended Our Stay

Originally planned to stay 3 nights, but we were so comfortable we extended our stay for a 4th night. The garage was great and there was also a pass to park in a stall which was helpful when we had a car and rented motorcyles for a day. Location was perfect! We walked across the street to the Queens Shops for breafast at Island Gourmet and to the kings shops for shopping and rentals.. i would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others! Also the king bedspread was super comf.

Waikoloa Beach Villa

A perfect location and beautiful property with a great pool right outside the backdoor of the unit. The garage stored beach chairs, boogie boards which was great for a day at the beach. A bonus is the Queen's Marketplace shopping center across the street which included a Starbucks and fully stocked market with freshly made salads and other items. We had a wonderful time.

Awesome Waikoloa Vacation

We were very satisfied with our condo unit. Spacious, fully supplied, clean, comfy beds, ground level near pool, easy moving in and departure. Queens Marketplace, Kings Shops nearby made convenient shopping a plus. Our host, Stacey, was a super host, emailing informative details of our stay and friendly communication. I would highly recommend renting this condo.

We had a great stay. The home is very clean and good looked after. A defective washmachine was replaced within the same day! Communication was great and we can completely recommend this Appartement.

Great location!

We have stayed in this area before and love the location. It is close to shopping, has a beautiful pool and the condo's are really nice. We had a few small issues with the condo during the week (smoke detector went off for an unidentifiable reason, foot of the bed was broken & the drain was clogged), but the management team was extremely responsive and everything was fixed immediately. I have to say that the managers of this condo unit were REALLY good. It was very clean and was a very comfortable place. Loved our week there!

Gorgeous unit perfect for families

They had ALL the things from beach cruiser bikes and everything you need for a day at the beach, kitchen was well stocked even though we didn’t do a ton of cooking. Clean and awesome location to the pool and walking distance to everything. I wish I could say it was a Terrible location if you’re there for the triathlon (keep others away so we can have this every time we come back) 😜. But it was SO convenient.

Great Hawaiian vacay!

Great property! Clean, comfy, nicely furnished/supplied. Nice location-close to shops, beaches, and in center of the coast making most west side beaches and activities within 30 minute drive. Pool just off the lanai. Stacy the property manager was so awesome! We arrived after midnight so she had some staple groceries in the unit for us when we arrived. She was quick with responses and with good suggestions. I would definitely stay here again! 👍👍

A Gem in Waikoloa

We enjoyed our stay at C2. The rental was super clean. Check in was a breeze. Stacy was an excellent property manager and gave out awesome recommendations. Everything was as described in the listing- all very new! The rental came with a good collection of snorkels and boogie boards. The kitchen is fully stocked. Close walking distance to the shops and the beach. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Big Island.

Amazing Condo in Waikoloa!

This property is amazing! There is not one detail that is missed. Everything is top of the line, furniture, decorations, linens, kitchen supplies and bathroom amenities. We loved the location of this property, we have two teenagers and everything is within walking distance to give them some freedom - Theaters, food court, market, shopping. There are two amazing pools one right in front of this condo and one about 100 yards away, Lots of BBQ's to be able for them to make hamburgers or hotdogs while my husband and I went to a nice dinner. They rented e-bike from Bikeworks and they would ride to A-Bay or the black sand beach at Mauna Lani. Really a great location for teenagers. There is a beautiful lanai at the property that overlooks the main pool great to sit out there and read and enjoy the beautiful Big Island weather. Stacy (property manager) made all of our dinner reservations and activity reservation and she was outstanding, booked us in some amazing restaurants and the tours were exactly what I like (small and personalized). We would definitely rent this place again there is nothing that I would change with this trip. Mahalo nui loa for extending your amazing place to us. Aloha!

Amazing Condo Location with an Excellent Property Manager

The condo offered an amazing central location to the Waikoloa Resort area. It was one of the closest buildings to the entrance which made it easy to walk to both the Queens Marketplace or the Kings Shops. The pool between C and D Building was closed during our trip which was not previously advised prior to our arrival. But there was an additional pool between A and B Building that we could use. The pool was on the smaller side especially being the only one available for all condo units in the complex. The pool only had 8 chairs available which made it a little crowded at times. However, the unit itself and excellent communication from the Property Manager more than made up for this. The condo was clean and well designed, maintained and taken cared of, while also provided more than ample supplies for our family. Stacy, the Property Manager, definitely was such a gem to work with. She stayed in communication with me prior to properly prepare for our arrival and even during our stay to ensure everything was running smoothly. She really made it such a comfortable experience for us. The unit even provided a binder of helpful island information of places to eat, things to do and see. I will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a centrally located condo unit in the Waikoloa area.

Summer vacation

We enjoyed our vacation. It was great to be walking distance to the Queen's and King Mall and only a few minutes from the beach. I was impressed with how quiet the air conditioner was. It was great that their was beach umbrellas in the garage.

Well-stocked condo in great location

We loved staying here. We've been to many VRBO properties, and this one was one of the best-stocked...we didn't need to bring our own soap or buy extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, etc. The pantry had the basics (I've been to some that don't even have salt and pepper). Plus they had everything we'd want for the beach available for use. We LOVED the location and would highly recommend this area of Big Island. The host was super responsive and kind, but I was surprised by how much they communicated with us...most hosts don't text unless you contact them first with an issue in my experience.
