Close to the ocean breeze

Nice central location with easy driving access to restaurants and stores. Beautiful ocean view. Steps from the beach. Easy access to Lydgate park. Nice to have laundry on site. Two porches for the unit. Appreciated the “extra” items: beach chairs, ice chest, etc. The hosts were very responsive to our questions. A few things could use some attention but overall unit condition was great. Would stay here again.

Fantastic ocean-front location

This property is right off the ocean with an amazing breeze. When you open up all the doors and the windows, it's the most amazing sound and feeling right off the ocean. You can walk out the back of the property to an ocean-front walkway or just straight down to a more secluded beach. It's such a great spot close to Kapa'a town. The property is a little older than it looks in pictures - a little beat up in some spots, but has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

What a view!

What a beautiful view! It was amazing to fall asleep to the sounds of waves crashing and then to wake up to an ocean view! We had a wonderful stay! And the owners were phenomenal to work with!

Ocean front Wailua Condo

This rental is located in the Kaha Lani condo complex located right on the ocean just south of Lydgate Park Beach. The unit is set up on the second and third floors of one building and the overall setup is clean and spacious with a full kitchen and 2 private lanais. The beds are king sized and very comfortable. The upstairs (third floor) bedroom is very quiet and peaceful with cool ocean breezes coming through the slatted windows which can be fully opened or closed. Wonderful location south of the Wailua River, just steps to the beach. Swimming right out front is not recommended due to rips but that is case for most locations on the east coast. Lydgate Park just a 5 minute walk to the north is a safe swimming place. Great shopping in Kapa’a town just 10 minutes north. There is a shared pool area in the complex which is very nice and includes 2 barbecues. The hosts were friendly, communicative, and accommodating. We couldn’t check in until 11pm and they left detailed instructions for how to self-check in after hours which went smoothly. The rental included bath towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels and It was super easy to exchange them at the office. Staff at the office was friendly. My only complaint would be that the complex had no system for accepting recycling so everything just had to go into the trash in the end. Overall this is a great condo in a central location from which to explore Kaua’i, highly recommended!!

Excellent condo

We came to Kauai for a family vacation. The property was beautifully maintained and had great access to the beach! It was an extremely quiet place! It had everything we needed to cook nightly meals. It was a great place for the price!

Wonderful!!!

We were fortunate to get to stay in paradise for 1 month! The condo was wonderful and the owners were so great! The office girls were fantastic too. The grounds are meticulously kept up. No bugs except some mosquitoes at dusk. It has such a good location we’ve stayed at this resort 3 times and this unit is our favorite. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom are very private from the rest of the condo which was really nice. The only negative was the hot water tank isn’t big enough for 6 people. We staggered our showers. The lanai that faces the pool is great you can just look out to see if the bbq grills are vacant in the evenings they do get busy. Or if the pool is busy most of the time it is not. Eating out is so expensive now it was really nice to be able to cook and bbq the majority of the time. The big resorts don’t give you that option they don’t have kitchens. We had a wonderful time and I definitely recommend this resort and especially this unit!

Amazing experience, lovely host and best location

Amazing home, sea facing. Host Vicky and Brenda are amazing and friendly. Thier suggestions were awesome as we were traveling first time to Kauai with family members. Great island to visit and best location so go north and south.

Lihue Gem

This beachfront townhome is absolutely stunning! One of the lanai's faces towards the ocean, and we spent much of our time on the lanai taking in the breathtaking views. When the sun got a little too much, we moved to the front lanai which offered a shady spot to have breakfast. This townhome has all the amenities needed for a great Kauai getaway including updated amenities throughout. It fit 4 adults very comfortably. The beaches at Lydgate Park are within walking distance, which offer excellent snorkeling and swimming. The hosts were very responsive throughout the process, making sure we were all set for our stay, and offered some great suggestions for area attractions. The townhome has a lot of parking, has access to local roadways, and a community laundry. The townhome is very comfortable throughout with separate bedrooms and bathrooms. We would definitely recommend this townhome for a Kauai getaway!
