Denna underbara havsfront, två sovrum, två badrum lägenhet på Lae Nani i Kapaa är den perfekta platsen att koppla av och njuta av med vänner och familj.

Privat, övre våningsenhet (ingen ovanför dig), med högt i tak, ett fullt utrustat kök ombyggt i april 2016 med bänkskivor i granit, nya skåp, ny belysning, rostfritt handfat och kakelgolv.

Njut av en fantastisk havsutsikt från vår rymliga Lanai, gångavstånd till bad (strand eller pool), rekreation och närliggande shopping och restauranger. Tio minuters bilresa från Lihue flygplats, två minuters bilresa till den prisbelönta Wailua kommunala golfbanan.

Njut av gratis säker internetuppkoppling och gratis gated parkering med säkerhetsvakt på plats. Det finns en mycket bekväm king size-säng i sovrummet och två tvillingar i gäst sovrummet som kan förenas i en king size säng på din begäran för en extra nominell avgift.

Denna vackra enhet med utsikt över natursköna Wailua Bay är den perfekta resan. Stranden ligger bara några steg bort över den vackert anlagda stora gräsmattan. Great stay in Kauai

We had a very nice stay in this unit! Check in was a breeze with great communication from the owner and on site property manager. The unit was as described, compound had beautiful landscaping and the pool was perfect! Nice bbq area as well. Location is perfect for exploring the island. We had a few very slight hiccups, namely no dish soap and no dishwasher soap, but the local manager personally delivered those items within the day. There were also some dead batteries in the AC remotes, also provided sane day. Some instructions on how to use the AC units would be helpful. The kitchen was well equipped with a rice maker, lots of pans, and plenty of plates and silverware. We added a few insulated drink cups for pool cocktails to the collection, as well as a small igloo cooler for beach and pool trips. Overall we would highly recommend this unit! It was a great spot with lots of amenities nearby!

Great Location!

Loved the location of the property. Super close to the beach and restaurants in the area. Very walkable and only a couple minutes drive from other restaurants in the area. The main property has a pool and they look to be building a few outdoor bbqs near the pool so it’s only getting better!

Beautiful view, a peaceful community & walking distance to great spots

Everything was easy about our stay - the short distance from the Lihue Airport, the secure gated parking lot, the helpful people in the condo office, great coffee and food within walking distance etc. The views were absolutely stunning, and the condo had everything we needed for a great stay.

Overall great spot

The condo is in a great location and the view from the unit is beautiful! You really are steps away from the water/beach. We appreciated that boogie boards and beach towels were available and it was a bonus that the place had AC units in 3 of the rooms!

Fantastic Stay

Our stay at Lae Nani was wonderful. Steven’s unit is lovely and comfortable, the grounds are lush and peaceful. Steven was extremely responsive to a couple of questions we had and we could not have had a more relaxing time. Can’t wait to go back, many thanks!

The unit was exactly as advertised. We’ve stayed in Lae Nani many times in other units, and this one is great. We’d definitely stay here again - especially in the summer, because the AC in the bedrooms was ideal. Thanks!

Biggest con was uncomfortable beds. But other than that it was great! It’s on 3rd floor which was nice to get in all that exercise, But elderly might struggle.

Kauai Treasure

This beautiful condo was very clean and comfortable. The property was meticulously well maintained. Easy accessibility to a nice beach was a definite plus. We were so glad that Steve had suggested watching the sunrise from the beach. We were able to start our Easter Sunday by watching that amazing sight! Bernadette and Steve were wonderful to work with, especially when we had to stay an extra night. Thank you so much!

Perfect for our family of 3

Had such a great time at this condo. The location was great, very clean, and loved that it was nice and quiet. AC was a huge plus and I loved being on the top floor. Only negatives (which were minor) is that the palm trees blocked most of the view from the balcony and the master bath shower rarely got above luke warm. But again, this was trivial. We loved our time here and don’t want to go home! Highly recommend.

Great condo location and view

The location and the view of the ocean were excellent. It was great we had air conditioner, as other units didn’t. The few things did not enjoy was not able to use the washer and dryer within the condo. The condo can also use a few upgrades but overall it was a great experience!!! Thanks!!

February On Kauai

The location is perfect, on the east side, halfway between the north shore and the south shore. The unit has great views of the sea. Sunrises are spectacular. The beach right outside the unit is great with a calm area for little kids, and you don't have to drive anywhere. The unit itself is spacious but some of the finishes are off (laminate flooring gaps, door latches that are loose, paint lines are shaky in places). The appliances are older but worked fine. All in all a great place to stay on Kauai. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful location

The Kapa’a location was great (about halfway between Waimea and Hanalei). The only problem was the AC wasn’t working in the kid’s room, then it went out in our bedroom after the second night. The on-site property manager wasn’t able to help and so it was never fixed during our stay- thank goodness for ceiling fans. I would get assurances that the AC is in working order before checking in.

Beautiful condo & idyllic location!

This condo is very nicely furnished and comfortable. It was a perfect home away from home for our family of 4 adults during our weeklong stay. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out & have their own space. There were a couple of small maintenance/housekeeping issues during our stay that were quickly resolved by contacting the property manager (light bulbs being replaced and sheets for sofa bed provided). The grounds of the Lae Nani are so lush and beautiful. It’s much more beautifully landscaped than any of the neighboring properties including the Sheraton Coconut Beach Resort. We didn’t end up using the grills by the pool, but they looked very nice and clean w/ a couple of picnic tables to use for eating or sitting at while you’re cooking.
