Paws & Reflect is a waterfront vacation haven that offers a blend of luxury and relaxation for dogs and their humans. The 1-level, 3,250-square-foot home features stunning views of the Little Wicomico River and Horse Pond, a well-appointed kitchen, spacious family gathering areas, 8-seater dining table and high-speed internet. The 1,200-square-foot recreation room has a pool table, 80s style video game, poker table, bar, full-size fridge and bathroom with a dog shower. It’s an ideal destination for creating cherished memories with friends, family and your beloved pooches (with $40 pet fee per stay for up to 2 dogs, any size).

Whether you're an active, outdoorsy family or friends gathering to unwind, with 300 feet of water frontage, Paws and Reflect has what you need! Outdoors, you can fish or kayak directly from the private dock, lounge in the hammock, roast marshmallows by the fire pit, sit under the covered gazebo or whip up a tasty meal at the dual fuel grill.

The backyard is fully fenced so your dogs can safely play and watch birds and other wildlife without worries of them going on an adventure off the property. Both the sliding door facing the water and the door from the primary bedroom lead to the fenced yard. There is also a bistro table and chairs on the deck outside the primary bedroom.

The one-story contemporary home has no stairs indoors. There is a ramp to access the home, making it easy for dogs or humans who have difficulty navigating stairs. It's also ideal when you're loading or unloading your belongings on move-in/move-out day.

The sheer size of the home allows everyone to spread out and enjoy their own space. There are sitting areas throughout the home for intimate conversations, watching sports, playing board games, reading a book or gazing at the water. There are dog crates and comfy resting spots throughout the home with plenty of natural light for catching an afternoon dog-nap in the sun.

If you have to work remotely, there's an adjustable desk for sitting or standing, monitor, laptop stand, keyboard and mouse for those Microsoft Teams calls you can't miss. There's high-speed internet throughout the home and four Roku TVs (three in the main house and one in the recreation room) for binge watching your favorite shows. The primary, queen and full bedrooms have electronic device charging outlets next to the bed.

Spacious Retro Recreation Room for All Ages

Unwind after a day of kayaking, fishing or exploring the Northern Neck in the spacious recreation center. Two of the bays in the detached garage have been converted into a heated/cooled play area for all ages.

Keep cold beverages and snacks in the full size refrigerator/freezer, watch sports or your favorite shows on the 75-inch Roku TV from the comfy leather couch or sit at the custom bar. Play pool at the 8-foot pool table. Show the kids what arcade games were like in the 80s at the tabletop gaming console with 40+ games. Challenge others for a game of poker at the 4-seater poker table equipped with poker chips and cards. There's a sound system with turntable for playing vinyl hits and a CD player. Check out our library of CDs, with selections from the 70s to 90s.

The recreation room also has a full bathroom. The shower is ideal for washing off the dog after a full day of swimming and playing to keep them from tracking dirt in the house.
