We spent a week at the property with our Havanese. The property is beautifully appointed and carefully tended. The screened porch is a particularly nice feature. It is large and has a lovely view of the river.

Beautiful place!!! My wife and I stayed a week for our 28th anniversary. Really enjoyed being on the water. Home was well stocked with everything you need.

The house was spotless and had all amenities that anyone could need! Its so peaceful and relaxing. Beds so comfortable! lots of games and kayaks. We enjoyed our stay!

Cabin was a great experience! The cabin has everything you need! Just bring food and clothes! The owners reached out several times to check in with me! The dock was a great time! Cant wait to come back! 10/10

We booked this house for a 4-day weekend getaway with our kids (and dog!), and it was perfection. The setting couldn't be better, and the house is outfitted so well -- we truly only needed to bring clothes and food. Our kids had a blast playing video games, karaoke, and foosball, and they saw a bald eagle from the dock. We loved the screened-in porch and soaked in the gorgeous view of the water and falling leaves. We also had a great hike at the nearby nature preserve. Absolutely wonderful trip.

Beautiful spot for work-cation

Beautiful house and location, exactly as described, for our family to spend spring break "work-cation" working and playing. Great spot for 7 year-olds to go fishing, crabbing, and explore the woods, some nearby adventures to fossil beach and woodsy playgrounds. good set up for working remotely. Great to have kayaks, fishing rods, game table and board games provided. great time all around.

Jian is an excellent host! Every question I asked was quickly answered and when we had a slight problem with the oven he immediately ordered a toaster oven be delivered the same day even tho we were leaving and it was not needed.The property is absolutely beautiful! Very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. It feels like you are on a quiet lake rather than a river. We saw only two power boats in the distance the week of our stay. Everything you need is furnished both in the lovely cabin as well as outdoors. The only thing we found lacking was kitchen utensils (forks and large cooking spoons) which I pointed out to the owner and I feel confident he will correct this minor problem. There are plenty of things to keep you busy inside and out-games, stand-up paddle boards, kayaks, fishing poles, crab trap and a hammock if you don't feel like doing anything! We had a 2 year old in our group so a small beach area would have been nice for him to play in the sand but he had fun feeding bread to the small fish and watching & listening to the many birds. He definetly knows a red shoulder hawk as we saw them regularly.If you are traveling with children, you must visit "The Enchanted Forest" in Warsaw. It's such a fun adventure for children and adults alike. It's like a scavenger hunt looking for 115 carvings in the trees. And there is a very nice playground in the town.We highly recommend this property and would love to visit again!

We had a wonderful vacation here! Jian is a great communicator. The home was well stocked with supplies and is as described in the listing. Quiet cove, very peaceful on the dock. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch. Enjoyed walking in the neighborhood, the St Stephens thrift store, Little River Seafood Gourmet Shoppe (several times), Cygnets, the Produce "shed" & the Farm Museum. We were 4 seniors & 2 dogs. Everyone in the community was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!
