We had a great stay at Chris’ home! Perfect location, very spacious and comfortable home, fully stocked kitchen (so stocked that one could make a gourmet meal!), and extras like beach chairs for use during stay. It was a great place to hang out after the beach and before heading into town. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful week at Chris's house—our second year renting, and it was just as perfect as the first. The home was ideal for three friends and my dog. The location truly can't be beat—close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the linens were high quality. We’re already looking forward to returning next year!

We enjoyed five days at this very comfortable centrally, located home. Chris is clearly an experienced owner who has thought of all the little comforts that make a vacation rental so nice. Very comfortable beds, great linens, temperature control in all the rooms, beach equipment so you don’t have to bring your own, but don’t forget your beach towels! We would happily come back here again.

Luxury stay in Ptown for Lesbian Weekend

This lovely home is cozy, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The location was perfect with a very quick walk to bars, clubs, restaurants, and the water. The shower is sublime and has a steam room function. The beds are so comfortable. Would definitely love to stay here again for my next ptown trip.

Holly Folly Getaway

This was our very best VRBO stay. These folks thought of everything. The place was gorgeous. Clean well laid out and iperfect placement in Ptown for access to everything you wanted or needed. We will definitely rebook this property.

Magical return visit

This was our second holiday stay in this home. We love it so much. The house is so cozy for winter, especially the fantastic gas fireplace. We prepared several elaborate holiday meals and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The location is ideal. The host is wonderful. Everything was sparkling clean. Great Spring Getaway

Great location

This is so central, a quick walk from tea and literally around the bend from the main strip. Plus, the bike rental place is also close which is super convenient. Alexa in every room was a great touch and the kitchen was verrrry nice.

I rent all the time in Ptown and this is one of my favorites...great location, spacious 3 bed and 2 bath with fabulous bathrooms. Also the perk of 2 minute walk to Perry's and Relish on the West End.
