Uppdatera oktober 2018. Tortola och BVI arbetar hårt för att välkomna besökare. Villan är i bra form. Vi har nya utemöbler och trädgård producerar passionfrukt, papaya och plantains. Massor av nya restauranger öppnas. På vårt senaste besök hade vi middag vid den nyöppnade Bananakeet, The Rooftop by Brandywine, Coalpot och gen. Sebastian serverar nu frukost och lunch och serverar snart middag. Vår resa till Jost var underbar. Soggy Dollar, Hendo's Hideaway och Gertrude är alla öppna. Vi hjälper dig gärna med alla saker BVI. Kom och besök naturens små hemligheter. De är glada att välkomna dig!

Villa Sirenetta ligger i Belmont Estates strax ovanför de två bästa stränderna i Tortola (Smugglers Cove och Long Bay). Panoramautsikt njut av de rymliga sovrummen och balkonger med matbord.

Villa Sirenetta (The Mermaid) är en rymlig villa med tre sovrum inbäddat i den frodiga sluttningen av den prestigefyllda Belmont Estate i Tortolas West End. Från Sirenetta expansiva balkonger kommer du att njuta av det bästa av utomhuslivet med fantastisk utsikt över havet, öarna och bergen, inklusive Jost Van Dyke och Sandy Cay. De graciösa kurvorna i Long Bay Beach och Palm Grove ligger strax nedanför. Se upp för de flamingos som bor i Belmont Pond, ett skyddat naturreservat.

Sirenetta är fullt luftkonditionerat med tre rymliga sovrum på två nivåer, välskilt för privatlivet. På Sirenettas huvudnivå ser det stora rummet ut mot havet under en expansiv täckt veranda perfekt för romantisk uteservering och lounging. Det stora rummet har ett öppet kök med gourmet rostfritt stål apparater, bar sittplatser och ett separat matbord. Alla villaens handgjorda inredning importeras från Bali.

Det stora rummet är flankerat av två master sviter. Varje svit har en möblerad egen balkong, platt-TV med DVD-spelare, värdeskåp och väckarklocka. Andra bekvämligheter inkluderar badrockar, lyxiga italienska sängkläder och W Hotel Heavenly madrasser i varje rum. Varje övre våningssvit har eget badrum med dusch.

Den nedre våningen poolen omfattar en täckt utomhuspool matplats, grill, pentry komplett med våt bar, gasutrymme och kylskåp. Det finns en lägre nivå halv badrum och en bekväm privat utomhusdusch. Chaise lounger linje poolens soldäck, perfekt för att arbeta på din ö solbränna. Very nice property, Our host Sylvia made sure if we needed anything to just ask. Once we walked through the property she also help plus out getting to the grocery store for a few items. We would highly recommend thus property. Communication was great with both Randy and Syliva.

Wonderful property! Stunning views and very comfortable space. Randy and Sylvia couldn’t have been more helpful. Spent the week hitting all the best beaches on the island, but Smuggler’s Cove and Nigel’s were our fave by far! Highly recommend!

The house is beautiful, is very well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, beach towels, etc. the views are just breathtaking! Finding it is a little tricky, the roads in Tortola are an adventure, but the map provided is key!Randy is quick to reply and very helpful, and Sylvia is just delightful and so helpful at showing us all we needed to know about the property. We would stay here again if we are Lucy enough to stay in Tortola in the future.

I had to think hard about this review as the property has fantastic views and is large with full a/c. The location is high up and whilst you can walk to the beaches it's a real slog back up and I'm a walker. The property is all functional but is getting tired so not as modern as some in the area, the biggest issue was that there is an iguana issue around and in the pool which meant we couldn't use the pool for more than half of our stay. The owner dealt with things quickly but it was still a shame. Others have mentioned the palm tree hitting the roof in high winds. Its very dark with no street lights so it can feel a little isolated at night, you are effectivly in a small clearing in the forest. The area is fantastic and you are near the best beaches on the island. Driving is fun but not an issue as long as you watch for the drainage ditches. We went to Jost and Gorda by ferry which is recommended. We used the bar at West end marina which was reasonable and the supermarket there is pretty good. We had a great stay on Tortola but felt the property was not quite up to par for the price.

Thanks for the feedback Sam. I will have our landscaper look into the palm trees. Everything on the property is trimmed regularly. Also, lizards are common in Tortola, but will look into that as well. Belmont Estates is a private community and is run by an HOA. The association likes to keep it private and as natural as possible. I feel our rates are very competitive, as we have not in increased them in many years.

Villa Sirenetta stay

Great house with a nice pool on the West End of Tortola. It was convenient to Soper's Hole, the ferry dock at a West End, and Several beaches on the North side of the island. The property manager Sylvia was terrific! Would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

Perfect Villa for our family.

This was a very nice Villa for our family. Sylvia was excellent and took care of everything. Smugglers Cove was our favorite beach and was right below us. We would come back to this same place.

Great Location for a Quiet Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Sirenetta! It was our first time in the BVI, but we made the right decision, re: location. Our favorite beach in Tortola, Smuggler's Cove, is a ten minute walk down the hill (it's a pretty big hill!). And there are a handful of good restaurants nearby as well. The pool was clean and gave us a great view, and we spent a ton of time lounging on the upper deck, where the view is even better. Highly recommended!

ONLY negatives were the state of the roads on Tortola, which the homeowner has no control over, and a 'friendly' iguana left us several gifts in and around the pool, which had to be cleaned 3-4 days our of our 7 day stay. Otherwise, perfect!

Island Getaway

Overall we had a great time. The downstairs room was musty and damp. No one wanted to stay down there. But the views were amazing, the location was great, the house was clean and Sylvia was fantastic! Thank you for a great week.

A True Gem of a stay!

Our experience at this property was absolutely wonderful. The stunning views were the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The house was spotless,and beautifully maintained, thanks to Silvia,who truley went above and beyond to make your stay memorable.Siliva provided exceptional care throughout our visit. My sister left behind some jewelry. Silvia found it and made sure it was returned to her. Her honesty and compassion truly makes her the jewel of this property!

A Slice of Paradise

This is the property to stay in and leave all your troubles behind! Very well appointed with multiple balconies and a pool. We spent hours outside taking advantage of the balcony fans to keep most mosquitoes away. AC indoors was perfect when we wanted to cool down. The view from the house overlooks Long Bay beach and the surf. Having coffee and staring at the ocean or having drinks and watching the sunset - a great escape from winter!

We had a great time at Villa Sirenetta! The house had everything we needed and the view from all of the decks was absolutely amazing. Sylvia was a great on the island resource! I would definitely recommend getting groceries delivered before you arrive for the week. The roads are also VERY rural near the home, with many switchbacks - so just prepare yourself for an adventure! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Great Time at Villa Sirenetta

Just stayed at Villa Sirenetta with friends and an outstanding time. The villa is set up with top notch amenities and a perfect layout for multiple couples or large families (each of three bedrooms has its own bath). The villa is located close to the beach and many real good places to eat. We enjoyed Coal Pot, Banakeet and even had a inexpensive dinner supplied by the ladies that cook on the weekend across from Coal Pot. The generator came in handy for several hours while they were tending the power lines. We never missed a beat. Killer sunsets too.

Unbelievable Trip

If you are planning a trip to Tortola you will not be disappointed renting this villa. Everything about the house was great. The a/c was a huge plus. We rented the villa for the week and can not wait to make a return trip with friends. Leanne stayed in touch in the months leading up to our trip making sure we knew about ferry services and she even handled our car rental logistics for us. She made it so that all we had to do was show up and enjoy. Again, the house and views are incredible and you will not be disappointed.

Girls getaway

After a week of sailing and scuba diving Villa Sirenetta was a breath of fresh air. What incredible views! The villa was gorgeous and the bedrooms all private. The villa was stocked with everything you could need. Sylvia greated us, showed us all around and was just a godsend. She picked up provisions for us and even gave us a ride down to the beach when she came to do our midweek cleaning. Picked us up when she was done. She was a joy and made our stay just perfect. We will be back!

We stayed for a week at this property and had a fantastic time. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes and space to make meals. The grill got used a few times, nothing fancy but it’s clean and it gets the job done! There are plenty of beach towels, and toiletries on site. The property is very private, all of the greenery around the house makes it feel as though there are no houses around you. The view is fantastic! The west end of the island is definitely a quieter side and we were very happy with how close we were to many beaches. Only negative we found was the seating indoors isn’t the most comfortable, but we spent most of our time outside on the patio or in the pool. Your not there to hang out indoors! All of the patio spaces were great! With two patio areas your provided lots of options to sit and enjoy the great view. Sylvia and Randy we’re so pleasant to deal with. We had some issues with luggage not making it to our destination and Sylvia was able to help us direct the taxi driver to find the Villa when the luggage came in. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again!

Sirenetta is a 5 minute drive to both Smuggler's Cove and Long Bay Beaches. Soper's Hole Marina and West End Ferry are just 10 minutes. You will enjoy private and breathtaking views of the Caribbean from the Villa's expansive verandas, private balconies, and decks. We have an on island staff who will assist you on arrival and through out your stay. Many happy visitors have enjoyed Villa Sirenetta--join our family of happy guests.

CANCELLATION POLICY: WE HAVE A CUSTOM CANCELLATION POLICY: 20% of rental if cancelled within 90 days of arrival; 100% if cancelled less than 90 days. If we are able to re book your dates 100% will be refunded to you. See rental agreement for details. PLEASE DISREGARD CANCELLATION POLICY ON VRBO.
