Snuggled up on the beach, this beautiful ground floor 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach pad is a perfect Plum Island getaway spot!!

GORGEOUS views every day! With the ability to literally step onto the beach at any moment. Prime location- only minutes from all that the island's famous restaurants, stores, and bars has to offer. 9 minutes from Downtown Newburyport and 15 minutes from Salisbury Beach.

Ground floor unit that allows you to literally step outside from your living room right onto the sand of Plum Island's beach! You'll have 11 miles of beach access at your feet.

This unit has three spacious bedrooms, two living/lounge spaces, a beautiful full kitchen and access to the back patio area where you can grill, lounge, picnic next to the dunes, and listen to the calm waves pass through.

This unit has been completely renovated with a fresh new look! Brand new everything from top to bottom - enjoy Plum Island with a more modern yet old charm feel!

There are enough beds for the whole family up to comfortably sleep up to 10 people:

This beach home is built well to take a beating from from the shifting sands and offseason winters so that our we're able to share this beautiful space with our guests for many years to come!

If you've got a larger group, check out the other sister-listings to rent the entire second floor of the building (6 bedrooms!) or the entire building (9 bedrooms!)

Please note: BBQ Grills are shut down for seasonal weather (November - April).

Early check-ins can be arranged in advance, with fees of $75 for 2 or more hours before regular check-in time and $50 for less than 2 hours before regular check-in time. Confirmation depends on availability and must be requested the day prior. Fees will be charged separately after booking.

** There is a $200 security deposit that will be taken in addition to the reservation amount. This is fully refundable.

Daughters wedding

Great place to stay with steps to the beach and plenty room for everyone. Management was great and responsive. We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again in the future

Great Place and Location

This house was perfect for our stay. The location was amazing! The only real issue was that the trash bin was overfull leaving us with nowhere to put our trash so we had to take it to the transfer station, otherwise it was a very comfortable house.

Another great stay at this on the beach home.

This is the second year in a row that we have rented this property for a week. The view of the ocean is great! The sound of the waves are peaceful and calming. Plenty of room here for 6 of us.. Thank you for a restful stay.

Directly on the beach!

Ground level apartment directly on the sand dunes. Very responsive property manager and lovely renovation of the the unit. We rented for a holiday in the cold weather, but it would be absolutely ideal for a warm weather beach vacation.

First VRBO experience

We got lucky with weather, place is oceanfront! Shared space with great group of guests in other units. We got lucky with weather, place is oceanfront! Very convenient location. Sibling reunion

5 of us , ages 60-76 , reunited after 4 years. Wonderful time!! The house was perfect. Well-stocked, comfortable, spacious, and right on the beach. Unfortunately, in late April, the weather didn’t cooperate. We made the best of it and just stayed in. We had a minor issue with a chirping smoke alarm that was promptly addressed by Taylor & Noah. Perfect accommodations for all of us. We had a great weekend. Will definitely book this property again !

Great location

Overall, a good stay. If considering, a few things to note…..the space is bright. If you’re sensitive to light while sleeping, bring an eye mask. If there are guests in the upstairs unit, they are easily heard. We had an unfortunate middle of the night incident with the fire alarms going off but the host was apologetic- but did end up with 2 nights w/o functioning fire alarms (needed new batteries). The space could have benefited from some oven mits and extra kitchen towels (one towel was available). Plum Island is a great little place to visit.

Beautiful location, out the door beach access. Kind and responsive owners. Very peaceful except when the upper units are occupied. There is zero sound insulation between the floors and every spoken word and action could be clearly heard from the upper units. Be prepared to supply your own TP/paper products if staying for more than a few days.
