The Space:
Welcome to our carefully curated short-term rental in Colorado, perfect for couples, families, and business travelers. Conveniently situated just east of Downtown Colorado Springs, this apartment offers proximity to a plethora of attractions in the area. Originally a garage, it has been transformed into a stunning private unit. Within minutes, you'll find yourself amidst fantastic restaurants, top-notch attractions, and with easy access to I-25, merely 2 miles away.

Upon entering, you'll step into the updated living room adorned with a sizable Smart TV, a comfortable pull-out sofa, and a charming dining space. Throughout the apartment, mountain accents and the radiant Colorado sunshine adorning the walls create an inviting ambiance.

So whether you're here for a business trip, vacation, or weekend getaway, our meticulously designed home caters to your every need.

LIVING ROOM
Relax in front of the large 55" Smart TV, catching up on your favorite shows, or utilize the Queen memory foam pull-out sofa for additional sleeping space.

KITCHEN
The galley-style kitchen invites you to unleash your culinary skills, equipped with all major appliances and stocked with essentials such as baking sheets, utensils, pots, pans, spices, silverware, and more. Our aim is to ensure you have everything necessary to prepare meals comfortably during your stay.

BEDROOMS
Both bedrooms offer spacious accommodations for a comfortable stay. The master bedroom features a luxuriously comfortable King bed, while the second bedroom offers an ultra-comfortable Queen bed. Each room is equipped with amenities such as a closet with hangers and a luggage rack, ensuring convenience and relaxation throughout your stay.

BATHROOM
Recently remodeled, the bathroom features a pristine tile shower, vanity, and toilet. We provide amenities including a hairdryer, plush towels, feminine products, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to enhance your stay.

We understand that your trip is a carefully planned experience, and we're committed to providing a stay that exceeds your expectations. With attention to detail and a focus on your comfort, our space offers everything you need for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Guest Access:
During your stay you will have access to the entire unit with it's own private exterior entry! We welcome you to feel at home during your stay and enjoy all the wonderful food and drinks just a few minutes away located all around the Downtown area!

The Neighborhood:
Only about a mile away and you'll find some of our personal favorites downtown to include COATI, Denver Biscuit Company, Shuga's, and Phantom Canyon! There are plenty of coffee shops nearby, even as close as a 5 minute WALK to Switchback Coffee Roasters, a quaint coffee shop that has great WiFi too!

Getting Around:
When driving to Downtown Colorado Springs only take 4 minutes, no matter what you're in the mood for, you're sure to find it very quickly! If you're looking for more of an adventure, walking to the restaurants and bars downtown is also only about a 20 minute walk if you've got the time to spare while on your vacation!

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement.

For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

*Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation.

Unauthorized late checkout fee $20 Per Half Hour Late

To access the backyard, you need to walk around the deck and enter the backyard of the upstairs unit, and then theres a gate to your own backyard.

*Additional fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
