Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I enjoyed a short beach vacation before the craziness of school begins. The house was perfect for the two of us, but there’s plenty of room to bring the kids. I like that it was close to the beach. We had a beach pass, so we just loaded up the truck and headed to the beach early in the morning .

Quick Beach trip

Place is a gem and I would definitely come back!My only gripes are:The lawn was not mowed and was almost 8” tall. Anytime it was disturbed, ie..walking through it, you were devoured by chiggers and mosquitos

Was a nightmare with TVs continuing to cut out due to their internet. Could only use 2 TVs intermittently and no cell phones. Was told I could use my cell phone if emergency. Shower head definitely needs to be replaced. Took showers outside. The deck needs replaced. Loved the place but not safe for my grandkids or even adults. Nail heads sticking up, wood splintering and many uneven planks jutting up all over the deck. If these were addressed I’d definitely consider staying again as it was very clean and comfy. Did not appreciate having to pay for sheets on the bed. So bring your own on the plane to your VRBO!

It was so nice we enjoyed it. Might want to look at up grading the patio as the nails are starting to pop up. We had no hot water one day ,but got that fixed. Inside was wonderful. We will be staying again. I love it is pet friendly. The Salter’s
