The Flat offers a cozy retreat situated on the first floor of the Carriage House, providing a peaceful haven in Inlet Beach, adjacent to Rosemary Beach and positioned along the esteemed 30A route. Boasting an ideal location with a mere 3-minute walk to the beach, a convenient 2-minute stroll to the heart of Rosemary, and scenic bike paths along 30A, this residence offers a perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility. Rosemary Beach's vibrant atmosphere, complete with charming shops, bustling open-air markets, and a plethora of leisure activities, sets the stage for a delightful escape, whether it be a serene weekend getaway, a restful week-long sojourn, or an extended winter retreat.

Designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, Winston at Rosemary Flat is equipped with exceptional amenities tailored for couples seeking a refreshing vacation experience. Featuring a plush King bed, the Flat accommodates up to 2 guests and includes a well-appointed mini-kitchen for added convenience. With off-street parking for one vehicle and its proximity to all that Rosemary has to offer, guests may find that driving becomes a mere option during their stay, allowing for a truly seamless and enjoyable vacation. It's important to note that this property offers exclusive access to the bottom floor of the Carriage House, ensuring a private and intimate retreat without access to the main house amenities, including the private pool or the top floor of the Carriage House.

NOTE: This is a Flat, similar to studio-style vacationing. It does not have a washer/dryer or regular sized refrigerator (has a beverage refrigerator). There is a Main House located behind the Flat and a Carriage House that is directly Above the Flat. If you do not wish to reserve the Main House & Flat along with Winston at Rosemary Carriage House, please be aware it can be rented separately and there is a chance it will be occupied by other guests during your stay.

Cozy and Clean - Outstanding Host

If you are looking for a nice, updated place to stay with easy walking access to shops and all the things to enjoy in Rosemary Beach, this place is for you. The best part of our stay was the hosts. Paradise Properties did an outstanding job with communication from helping us get a new code immediately upon check in because the one provided wasn’t working, to checking in throughout our stay to see how things were going. The only thing I will mention is the room is below a carriage house, as well as part of a main house in which both were rented by separate renters. The main house had children playing in the pool from 6:45am to 8pm each day and there is a door that goes straight out to that pool from the room which meant we had to listen to yelling kids A LOT. You can also hear every step taken above in the carriage house and any and all noise from above can be heard which woke us up often early in the morning to late at night. With that being said, we just got unlucky with the other guests staying on the property and is no fault of Paradise Properties. You sort of sign up for that with a property like this and can’t expect all guests to be considerate of others.

Pictures are deceiving

Clean and updated, quaint but extremely small. I take responsibility for ignoring square footage and relying on photos. The angle pictures were taken are very deceiving. Bathroom is size of a cruise ship(maybe)bathroom. No place to put anything. There is NO living room area as advertised and definitely not wheelchair accessible. If you like laying in bed to watch TV, no chairs this place will be great for you. Beverage refrigerator so no ice. Just don't be fooled. Rosemary/Inlet Beach is a great place to visit.

This 1-bedroom studio is the absolute best! Once you arrive everything you need is within walking distance. Paradise Properties did an outstanding job as a host. I would highly recommend!

Last Minute And Lovely

We had rented a carriage house a few doors down that was NOT as depicted online so we decided to relocate at the last minute. This place was a comfy, cute oasis and even closer to the beach access than the other: bonus!

Vacation

Shower was only warm not hot and leaked out water every time is use cause entire floor to be wet. Internet connection was lost two days of our trip which was a disappointment because we could not watch any movies. They finally brought a hot spot to solve connection.

Our stay at the Winston was perfect for me & my husband. We planned a last minute getaway & had a great time! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants & shops in Rosemary.

Lovely Studio

The location for beach, town, etc. is perfect. Studio is clean, lovely, with a dreamy bed. Tv, WiFi are perfect. No ice maker and lack of any counter in the bathroom were tricky. But loved it and recommend.

Stay at 32 Winston Lane Flat

Overall enjoyed the property. Easy check in. Walking distance to the square. You do have to drive a couple miles to get to the public beach. Only negative thing I would say is around dark a beeping noice would start. Sounded like it came from the main house area. It would stop sometime during the night.

Amazing!

Great place to stay for a couple. Only complaint was that the WiFi was out and we couldn’t find the router. We didn’t attempt to contact anyone about this because we weren’t inside enough for it to matter much.

Relaxing and beautiful!!!

The rental company was so amazing to work with! They answered any question I had very quickly and were so professional. The unit we stayed in was extremely clean and cute! It’s small, but cozy. There’s no ice machine or freezer, but there’s a gas station less than a minute from the unit and it was easy and convenient to access. The water from the shower does come out of the door, so make sure you put a towel down. The ac unit can’t go lower than 70 degrees, so if you get warm at night, bring a fan. We did all of these things and really enjoyed our stay. The beach access is less than 5 minutes away and Rosemary Beach is only a 5 minute walk. We didn’t need to drive many places and that was so nice! Alys and Seasode beach are about 15 minutes away if you’re walking. We are looking forward to our next stay here!

Small but very nice place for 1-2 people. Very easy walk to the beach. Management was responsive and helpful, bring your own toiletries as only soap was provided.

The property was clean and organized. It’s very small but great for 1 person and ok for two. The shower would not get past luke warm, our only complaint.

Very nice and clean.

The unit is small but more than adequate for two people. I wish they would have thought to put a toaster in there but we made do. A couple of folding chairs would be nice as well. It would have been nice to sit outside in the evening but the unit has no chairs. Other than that, we had a great time.
