Welcome to Solana Beach! This condo is right on the cliffs in Solana Beach, which means you have drop dead gorgeous views of the ocean and the coastline to the south! This is a 1 bedroom condo with an extra murphy bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room, to accommodate 4 people total. The complex also has a pool and jacuzzi, and direct access to public stairs that lead straight down to the beach! This truly is a special place that offers a great opportunity for you to enjoy it!

Incredible balcony with stunning views!

Absolutely loved this property! The balcony overlooking the ocean, surfers and sunsets was spectacular. The unit is spacious and comfortable. The complex is in a great location, with easy access to the beach, pool, laundry and garage.

Wonderful

We loved everything about our stay at Evan’s place- the condo, the beach, the location… Evan’s a great host and provided the condo with everything you’d need. The only thing we would change is stay one week longer :), there’s so much to do there, kayaking, San Diego, Torrey Pines.. and of course the tacos!

Gorgeous view and great location

We really enjoyed our stay, and would consider staying here again. A few very minor things that would have made our stay even better would be washer/dryer, and air conditioning. At the end of the day with the sun certainly does heat things up. We were grateful for the oscillating fans, and definitely made good use of those. The Kitchen is well appointed, but could use a few more coffee cups and a few more bath towels since no laundry in this unit.

Wave wading

My kids don’t think it’s a vacation if an ocean beach isn’t involved, so when I saw the unit with a view (better than the picture) I knew we’d have a great time. Smooth sailing with the flight in, rental car and unloading our stuff within an hour. The ocean breeze and light roar of the tides gave us a peaceful shoreline ambience while we enjoyed the amenities of home life. Wading in big waves and observing the wildlife (surfers included) were made easy with a few extra provided devices without having to drive and park. Several, delicious and casual nearby restaurants made dining convenient. Great place for a small family get away to Southern California.

No need for a sound machine

We came from the east coast and arrived late. When we opened the place our immediate reaction was “no AC?!?” But then you open the balcony door and windows and it is heavenly! The sound of the surf and rush of cool air is enough to make you want to relocate. The place was well-stocked and configured to sleep a few more than our three, but the single bathroom would make it more of a challenge. The bathroom was a little outdated and the shower made a high-pitched noise when it first started… but set against the backdrop of the view, the locals beach and the ocean breeze it was a bit. Our host was accessible and very informative, providing great detail about the facility and some nearby options for spa and food. I gave a slightly lower score to communication only because there was so much detail my ADHD-riddled brain couldn’t digest it from my phone. We will definitely be back!
