Bungalow by the bay is filled with charm and character. Our home is located in close proximity to all Tampa has to offer. Located just 1 block from Bayshore blvd. Walk, bike, or jog the iconic waterfront sidewalk that spans 4.5 miles (longest continuous sidewalk in the USA). Unwind on the screened porch, sip a glass of wine in the clawfoot tub, plan a cookout, and enjoy some backyard games. Dine at Tampa's best restaurants- all just minutes away!
If you love sunshine, white sand beaches, warm weather, summer thunderstorms, and sports then youâll fall in love with the Tampa Bay Area. Live like a local! This bright and airy 3 bedroom 2 bath bungalow sleeps 6. We provide two king beds as well as two twin beds. The twin beds can be converted to a king size bed upon request. Our home is thoughtfully equipped for your needs. Whip up a meal in our fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and gas range. Wether relaxing on the sofa watching the game, or sitting around the table creating memories, unwinding on the porch, or sipping a glass of wine in the clawfoot tub youâll be sure to leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Our fenced backyard provides privacy as well as security for your children both human and fur alike! Our property is pet friendly because we understand that our pets deserve to be apart of the family vacay! Our backyard is beautifully landscaped to provide the perfect backdrop for a cookout, game of corn hole, or dinner on the screened porch. Artificial turfed backyard. Turf is not only eco friendly (no water or pesticides required) it also provides an allergy friendly play space for your little ones. Clean up after your pets are a breeze and puppy waste bags are provided for your convenience. The cute backyard shed is stocked with fun backyard games and two bicycles free for you to use - perfect for a scenic ride on Bayshore or picnic at one of the many surrounding public parks.
Need to get some work done? Our home has a dedicated workspace and offers some basic office supplies, charging port for devices, and of course wifi!
As the evening sets unwind with one of the provided board games or sit under the stars and twinkle of the string lights and take in the Florida sunset. Donât forget your sunscreen and bug spray!
***We do allow for extended stays and welcome pets. Additional pet fees will apply***
We provide hangers, laundry baskets, iron, steamer, pack n play, and high chair.
We provide a starter pack of supplies to get you started for your stay. Please keep in mind that we do not have a surplus of supplies like a hotel. You will receive 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q tips, cotton balls, and if you are traveling with a dog we will have some doggie treats for our 4 legged guests. We provide 2 large towels, 1 hand towel, 1 face cloth per guest. You may need to wash towels if you need a clean set. We can make exceptions for longer stays. There are a few nearby grocery stores conveniently located stores nearby should you need to restock.

Hey Vacay! "Vacation with a Purpose"
We come from a long line of worldwide traveling family members and once that bug has bitten you, it can never be curedâŠthankfully! Needless to say, we are carrying on the tradition and are blessed to have, and still be, traveling the world extensively!
Because traveling expands your horizons in a way that nothing else can, we have come to note that as vast and as beautifully stunning our world is, we are desperately failing at keeping our magnificent planet that way for future generations to come
One commonality amongst us as a family, is that we realize that we want to and CAN, make a difference in some small way through our businessâŠ.and so, Vacation With A Purpose was born
Because we have themed almost all of our units, each time a guest stays with us we are able to take a portion of that income and donate to a cause thatâs related to that property. As an example, In our Artists Way, downtown St Pete, our donation goes toward the Autism project. If you happen to choose our Sunset Beach location, we support the Surfriders Association and so much more...
We are passionate about helping others and helping to heal our planet and we hope that you will feel that way, knowing that you too have contributed, all while having a fulfilled vacationâŠwith a purpose!

Fighting climate change, saving the environment, and bring to be more sustainable is a family passion. We build new construction net zero homes in the Tampa area; as well as renovate old homes and turn them into green homes. We felt this was a natural transition - creating a more sustainable earth friendly vacation home.

Non toxic Grove cleaning products. Recycling container and trash can provided for guests to recycle their waste. Bicycles for transportation, artificial turf (no water or pesticides required) Educational books on sustainability provided.
