Boende: Byggd 2007 - 3 sovrum, 2 badrum med bonusrum. (6 sovplatser) Kung, drottning, pyramidsängar och en futon-säng i bonusrummet. 4 HD-TV-apparater. 55,50 & 2 32-tal. 1 DVD och stereosystem.

Kom och bo i hjärtat av de yttre bankerna. Njut av avskildheten på en lugn gata med en trädbevuxen parti på ena sidan. Övre däck har utsikt över den stora slutna trädgården som inkluderar ett nedre däck och utomhusdusch. Hemmet är utrustat med strandstolar, cyklar, hästskor, steggolf, fotboll, bordtennisbord och en kolgrill. Nära gångvägen till den livskyddade stranden.

Nära till shopping, fantastiska OBX-restauranger (många inom gångavstånd) och många lokala hotspots med liveband. Den närliggande Nags Head Woods-bevarandet är den största sjöskogen på östkusten och har ett bra besökscenter med många stigar. Du kommer bara en kort bilresa från Wright Brothers Memorial, North Carolina Aquarium, Jockeys Ridge State Park, Manteo och Fishing Piers. Cape Hatteras Point (fyren) är mindre än 90 minuter och Oregon Inlet Fishing Center ligger bara 20 minuter bort.

Inga helguthyrningar under juni, juli eller augusti. Under lågsäsongen är priser också tillgängliga för helger. Tre dagars minimum på helgerna i april, maj, september och oktober. Alla hyror varje vecka är fredag till fredag.

Wonderful Beach Stay

Great house with lots of kitchen items and toys/games for kids. Always very clean and convenient to the beach and other activities. A great time had by all!

Great location. Fantastic house

This house is amazing. Awesome layout. The kids can be on the first floor while the parents have a great bedroom upstairs. Everything you need is nearby. The owners are great to deal with as well.

A great house for families

Great stay!

My husband and I have stayed at Matt’s place a few times and it’s always a very relaxing place to stay. There is a comfy king-sized bed, cable TV, well-supplied kitchen and of course we love the bikes and ping pong. Oh, and it also has beach chairs and umbrella. We recommend staying here!

Another great stay!

Another great stay in kill devil hills. This was our second time to the house and certainly does not disappoint. The house has everything that you would need. Very short drive to any of the beach access parking lots. Close to everything but also in a very quiet neighborhood. We will be back again soon!

Our New Spring Break Tradition

We had such a lovely time last year, we chose to return and visit #2 did not disappoint. The house is such a sweet easy place to gather in. We had two young adults with us and the lower level gives just enough space for privacy without being “separate” and the main gathering space is perfect for meals at home and hanging out. We lucked out with a couple of beach days, but we love the easy access to hikes in Nags Head Woods, afternoons on Jockeys Ridge and endless options for relaxed-atmosphere restaurants. Matt is super responsive; the house has everything we needed. Looking forward to a return!

My family and I love this place. It was spotless upon arrival. The location of it is awesome. Nice neighborhood close to everything you need. The house is perfectly located as a launching point for all of your OBX adventures. The owner is great to deal with as well.

Perfect Stay

The house was better than the photos. It was so beautifully decorated and clean. The house was nicely stocked and and organized. Easy drive to the beach and close to everything. Matt was a pleasure to work with during the booking process. House was organized so well with clear instructions that we never had to contact him during the stay. Thank you for having us!

Beautiful house!

Beautiful cozy house close to everything! Loved the quiet street, and the feel of being a local vs, ocean side where it feels loud and touristy! My kids loved the games, books and toys supplied! The beach parking was a quick drive and lots of parking spaces with a porta potty - so we didn’t mind that the house wasn’t on the water. Very good bang for your buck! 10/10 recommend this little slice of heaven!

OBX spring trip

We had a great time in the OBX, even in the off season. We enjoyed the historical sites and the ocean/beach. The water was COLD, but there were no lines, no wait, no crowds, no mosquitoes, and plenty of sea food. Our house was well equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas. Even supplied coffee on request. Thank you.
