Kom och bo i hjĂ€rtat av de yttre bankerna. Njut av avskildheten pĂ„ en lugn gata med en trĂ€dbevuxen parti pĂ„ ena sidan. Övre dĂ€ck har utsikt över den stora slutna trĂ€dgĂ„rden som inkluderar ett nedre dĂ€ck och utomhusdusch. Hemmet Ă€r utrustat med strandstolar, cyklar, hĂ€stskor, steggolf, fotboll, bordtennisbord och en kolgrill. NĂ€ra gĂ„ngvĂ€gen till den livskyddade stranden.

NÀra till shopping, fantastiska OBX-restauranger (mÄnga inom gÄngavstÄnd) och mÄnga lokala hotspots med liveband. Den nÀrliggande Nags Head Woods-bevarandet Àr den största sjöskogen pÄ östkusten och har ett bra besökscenter med mÄnga stigar. Du kommer bara en kort bilresa frÄn Wright Brothers Memorial, North Carolina Aquarium, Jockeys Ridge State Park, Manteo och Fishing Piers. Cape Hatteras Point (fyren) Àr mindre Àn 90 minuter och Oregon Inlet Fishing Center ligger bara 20 minuter bort.

Great For A Family

Perfect location, small 5 minute drive to the beach and tons of parking if you get there early. House has a great layout and tons of room if you have a growing family like we do. Definitely wouldn’t hesitate to stay again when vacationing in OBX

Great location. Fantastic house

This house is amazing. Awesome layout. The kids can be on the first floor while the parents have a great bedroom upstairs. Everything you need is nearby. The owners are great to deal with as well.

A great house for families

Love staying here with our family of 4! The house is clean and fully stocked. The space is perfect for families and the location is very convenient to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, and a nice playground. Thanks for another great stay!

Great stay!

My husband and I have stayed at Matt’s place a few times and it’s always a very relaxing place to stay. There is a comfy king-sized bed, cable TV, well-supplied kitchen and of course we love the bikes and ping pong. Oh, and it also has beach chairs and umbrella. We recommend staying here!

Another great stay!

Another great stay in kill devil hills. This was our second time to the house and certainly does not disappoint. The house has everything that you would need. Very short drive to any of the beach access parking lots. Close to everything but also in a very quiet neighborhood. We will be back again soon!

Our New Spring Break Tradition

We had such a lovely time last year, we chose to return and visit #2 did not disappoint. The house is such a sweet easy place to gather in. We had two young adults with us and the lower level gives just enough space for privacy without being “separate” and the main gathering space is perfect for meals at home and hanging out. We lucked out with a couple of beach days, but we love the easy access to hikes in Nags Head Woods, afternoons on Jockeys Ridge and endless options for relaxed-atmosphere restaurants. Matt is super responsive; the house has everything we needed. Looking forward to a return!

My family and I love this place. It was spotless upon arrival. The location of it is awesome. Nice neighborhood close to everything you need. The house is perfectly located as a launching point for all of your OBX adventures. The owner is great to deal with as well.

The house was better than the photos. It was so beautifully decorated and clean. The house was nicely stocked and and organized. Easy drive to the beach and close to everything. Beautiful house!

Beautiful cozy house close to everything! Loved the quiet street, and the feel of being a local vs, ocean side where it feels loud and touristy! My kids loved the games, books and toys supplied! The beach parking was a quick drive and lots of parking spaces with a porta potty - so we didn’t mind that the house wasn’t on the water. Very good bang for your buck! 10/10 recommend this little slice of heaven!
