Jen and Bill were great hosts! They were very communicative and even reached out to make sure everything was going well. The condo was exactly as described. It was very clean and had all the basic necessities for a stay at the beach. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to others!

This was a great room… up to date, very clean, and the perfect location. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon. Our hosts were very accommodating and responded to my messages in a timely manner answering all of my questions. They were great!

If you are planning an Amelia Island trip, I can't recommend a better place to stay than this condo! Top floor, corner unit gorgeous beach views! We sat on the deck with our morning beverages to watch the incredible sunrise every day.The condo is well appointed with everything you would need. Plenty of dishes, pots & pans, silverware, paper towels, dish soap and sponges in the kitchen, as well as a blender, toaster, etc... Bathrooms had plenty of towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and plenty of sand toys were also supplied. Bed (master bedroom, we didn't use the 2nd bedroom) was very comfortable and living room has a huge sectional sofa that is super comfy with plenty of room to spread out after a long day of beach/pool/sight-seeing!Jen & Bill were super responsive ahead of time and while we were at the condo. They gave us some great recommendations for local eateries and things to do. Would definitely stay here again if we travel back to Amelia Island! Thanks for being great hosts!
