Seagull är en mysig, rena, ljusa stuga precis vid sandstranden. Somna till lulling ljudet av havets vågor. Har ditt morgonkaffe på kaptenens däck, med dess fantastiska havsutsikt. Promenera ut din ytterdörr, bara några steg till havet. Bbq på gas grill, antingen på din strand uteplats eller övre däck.

Njut av boogie boarding, surfing, paddla ombordstigning, vind kiting. Bygg en brand på stranden.

Två queen sängar, en Hide-a-säng. Bad och en halv. TV i varje rum. Lilla köket har full storlek spis och kylskåp.

Tvätt, höghastighetsinternet.

Inga återbetalningar av någon anledning om ej ägaren kan hyra för samma tidsperiod i vilket fall en återbetalningsavgift på $ 300 kommer att gälla. Absolutely beautiful!

We had the best time in the 2 and 2 with the balcony to people watch. The house is perfectly located next the Sand hwy. The house had everything we needed! Next time we will probably stay for 2 weeks!!Thank you to the owners for a great time!

Enjoyed our stay!

Honestly was perfect for us, two dads and our 9 year old daughters! You are on the beach so yes, there is some smell and of course sand, but great location! Will stay again if we come to the area.

Great Ocean Views

We enjoyed our stay in the Seagull. The house was clean. The access to the beach and our own fire pit was amazing. Short walk to near by stores and restaurant. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Had a lovely time. The house is very unique and has lots of character. Hard to grasp the layout of the house from the pictures, but it made sense once we got there. Great beach access, good amenities. The beds were very comfortable. The pups had a blast with walks on the beach. Good food and activities all very close by. Host is very responsive/helpful. Will stay there again!

Terrific time except that the 3rd bedroom description was not exactly accurate.. the 3rd bedroom was like a closet, with no place to put a suitcase. The place also wasn't that clean at the beginning..

Nice little place on the beach

Its a cool little place, very small. Does not face the beach but the balcony does. Its behind the main beach house which is actually facing the beach, fire pit was nice! I would suggest upating the hot tub or not advertise it as we would not touch it, it was very dated and the filter was not working properly making the water appear very dirty. Overall was a good experience though. A little outdated.

Perfect Location

Amazing beach views. We rented atv's and were able to walk to the rental place. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Just show up and enjoy your stay. No reason to leave.

Perfect for beach access

Host Nell was friendly and quick to respond. Self check was super easy. Tiny kitchen and limited storage for luggage but location was fantastic. We enjoyed the fire pit on the beach everynight! Loved our stay!!!

Great experience

We loved staying at the Seagull house. Wonderful experience with the sandy beach that is just 1 step away. It’s an older vacation home, so you wanna take a note of that. It looks like it hasn’t been updated for a long time, and it wasn’t the cleanest place I’ve ever been but all in all, the wonderful view, the location, the firepit and the ocean made up for everything!

At the beach..

Amazing view and location. Home in a great safe location. The shower needed some cleaning, but the rest of the house and bathrooms were clean. We really enjoyed the second floor deck view, fire place and access to the beach. We were a family of four. My wife and my two teens. They all enjoyed themselves. We will be coming back. You will enjoy it..

Beach get away

We enjoyed our stay here. The sandbox off the patio was perfect for my 18 month old granddaughter. We enjoyed the beach, boogie boarding and bonfires.

Perfect trip

Property was yards to the water. Upper deck was great for mornings and sunset. My grandchildren played in a huge sand box area right in our front entrance. Really cool place. We enjoyed it and will be back next year!!

Mouse/Rat, but great location

The place is a little old, needs updating, but the location was awesome for us, you can see all the dune-buggy and big trucks as they make their way across, and get stuck on, the beach. The bummer was there was a rat that ate into our banana we left on the counter overnight, left rat droppings. We made sure we didn't leave any food out anymore. And upon investigating, one of the hallway closet interior walls has a Tom and Jerry style opening, riddled with droppings, where we actually saw the rat poke his head out. We covered the hole as best as we can overnight, as we had one more night before our check-out. We messaged the owner, and a few days later she responded and said that they caught it with a mouse-trap. I'd suggest permanently covering any interior house access as best as possible!

It was really comfortable, easy access, and convenient location. All the amenities worked, and host was available if needed. Will definitely be trying to book this location again! 10/10 recommend!

Sand in your toes!

Step out your door and you are on the patio that backs up to the beach. A ton of nice soft sand can make it a challenge to walk to the beach, but we are 75 with bad knees, most people will not have any problem. A little eclectic with doors everywhere but once you get the lay of the land it is a very nice little duplex. Wouldn't suggest for more than 4 adults and 2 adults and 2 kids. We had two dogs and they loved roaming the dunes. Seems like everybody there has a dog or two. We drove onto the beach which was a real treat right up until the point we got stuck. Rookie/tourist mistake but two separate gentle men with 4x4 trucks stopped and gave us a tow. Enjoy!

Seagull has a great view from upper deck. It is directly on the sandy beach, where you can build a fire. If you are looking for front-on beach view, please see Sanddollar at HomeAway listing 192476. If you are ok with a view of the ocean over Sanddollar's roof, accessed from your upper deck, choose Seagull. It sits on the same beachfront lot but behind Sanddollar.
