Seagull är en mysig, rena, ljusa stuga precis vid sandstranden. Somna till lulling ljudet av havets vågor. Har ditt morgonkaffe på kaptenens däck, med dess fantastiska havsutsikt. Promenera ut din ytterdörr, bara några steg till havet. Bbq på gas grill, antingen på din strand uteplats eller övre däck.

Njut av boogie boarding, surfing, paddla ombordstigning, vind kiting. Bygg en brand på stranden.

Två queen sängar, en Hide-a-säng. Bad och en halv. TV i varje rum. Lilla köket har full storlek spis och kylskåp.

Tvätt, höghastighetsinternet.

Inga återbetalningar av någon anledning om ej ägaren kan hyra för samma tidsperiod i vilket fall en återbetalningsavgift på $ 300 kommer att gälla. We were refunded 100% for our stay so I give appreciation to the host/owner for that. However, the reason for the refund was from the moment we walked in, it was dirty and gross and smelled of mold/mildew. I understand this condo is sitting in the sand, but it was dirty to the point of not wanting to touch or use anything (wear sandals in the shower type of situation). Definitely not worth the money.

A cute quirky spot directly on the beach!

A wonderful little place to spend a week on the beach. The house is a bit small, but packed with everything you need to have a great vacation.Clean rooms - CheckKitchen - CheckRooftop Patio with Ocean View - Check!BBQ, Hot tub, beach fire pit, covered outdoor seating, laundry, what more can you ask for?

Family trip with two teen daughters and our small dog. We enjoyed our stay at the Seagull. The crow’s nest, hot tub and fire pit were nice features. Great place on the beach. Close walk to restaurants, general store and atv rentals.

Great location for exploring the area

Quirky little place with ocean view from upper deck. There was a windstorm before we arrived, so lower patio was covered with sand, but the upper deck was very useable, and preferable anyway because of ocean and sunset views. We were there off-season, so limited restaurants during the werk, but there is a grocery store within walking distance. Nell was a wonderful hostess, very nice, very responsive. Kitchen is pretty well stocked. Would stay there again.

Short stay with our family of five

We had a good stay here! The access to the sand right out of the side door is nice, but this property is behind the other property that is actually facing the full sand/beach. Our older kiddos did great here, but if you have a toddler, just know some interior doors are rough to slide and there are a lot of doors to the outside and there are stairs off the kitchen. Great to have parking and it's a beautiful view up top. It's right next to the vehicle access for the beach, so this section of beach is not great for kids playing because it's basically a road (in our limited time there, at least). Great access if that's what you're looking for! Very kind and responsive hosts.

Breezy Beach Stay

We had a good time at this location. It was pretty windy so we did not get a fire started in the fire pit but enjoyed the ocean, walking on the beach and the sunsets were awesome. It would be helpful to have some coffee filters available. Thank you.

Absolutely beautiful!

We had the best time in the 2 and 2 with the balcony to people watch. The house is perfectly located next the Sand hwy. The house had everything we needed! Next time we will probably stay for 2 weeks!!Thank you to the owners for a great time!

Enjoyed our stay!

Honestly was perfect for us, two dads and our 9 year old daughters! You are on the beach so yes, there is some smell and of course sand, but great location! Will stay again if we come to the area.

Great Ocean Views

We enjoyed our stay in the Seagull. The house was clean. The access to the beach and our own fire pit was amazing. Short walk to near by stores and restaurant. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Had a lovely time. The house is very unique and has lots of character. Hard to grasp the layout of the house from the pictures, but it made sense once we got there. Great beach access, good amenities. The beds were very comfortable. The pups had a blast with walks on the beach. Good food and activities all very close by. Host is very responsive/helpful. Will stay there again!

Terrific time except that the 3rd bedroom description was not exactly accurate.. the 3rd bedroom was like a closet, with no place to put a suitcase. The place also wasn't that clean at the beginning..

Nice little place on the beach

Its a cool little place, very small. Does not face the beach but the balcony does. Its behind the main beach house which is actually facing the beach, fire pit was nice! I would suggest upating the hot tub or not advertise it as we would not touch it, it was very dated and the filter was not working properly making the water appear very dirty. Overall was a good experience though. A little outdated.

Perfect Location

Amazing beach views. We rented atv's and were able to walk to the rental place. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Just show up and enjoy your stay. No reason to leave.

Perfect for beach access

Host Nell was friendly and quick to respond. Self check was super easy. Tiny kitchen and limited storage for luggage but location was fantastic. We enjoyed the fire pit on the beach everynight! Loved our stay!!!

Great experience

We loved staying at the Seagull house. Wonderful experience with the sandy beach that is just 1 step away. It’s an older vacation home, so you wanna take a note of that. It looks like it hasn’t been updated for a long time, and it wasn’t the cleanest place I’ve ever been but all in all, the wonderful view, the location, the firepit and the ocean made up for everything!

If you are ok with a view of the ocean over Sanddollar's roof, accessed from your upper deck, choose Seagull. It sits on the same beachfront lot but behind Sanddollar.
