Wonderful location! Steps from the pier and town, we could easily walk wherever we wanted in town. Also directly over the sand at gorgeous Pismo Beach. We loved being on the second floor so we could leave the sliding door open and enjoy the ocean breeze. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including beach chairs and towels. Are already planning our next visit!

Very nice to meet the host. Perfect location, great view, easy walk to restaurants (good eats), loved snuggling under the “blankies” with windows open sleeping to the sound of the ocean.

The property is located on the beach and the view from all the rooms is just amazing. I loved the views as well as the calming ocean sounds we could hear from the bedrooms. Highly recommend.

Our hosts were very welcoming and did a great job answering our questions. The location on the beach was absolutely amazing! Even though it rained half our stay, it was amazing to look out the amazing window and see the ocean. It was also super convenient to go fishing on the pier.

We call this place "The Jewel Box" because of the incredible window-enclosed (and 1 flight up) front balcony. This place is ideal for beach access and accessability to downtown Pismo. We'll be back!

The location and view was impeccable! Shops, restaurants, and pier easily accessible on foot. My only complaint is that it had a very strong food odor that remained for the entire stay and it would have been nice to have an extra paper towel roll. All in all, I do highly recommend this location!

Cal Poly grad weekend stay

Everything worked out great for us - the unit was perfect and just as pictured and super comfortable, the location was amazing. Highly recommend this property and great hosts also!

Excellent place to enjoy Pismo

We stayed for 3 days and enjoyed every minute. Opened up the windows to hear and smell the ocean air. The owner was responsive to questions. This is a great place to stay!

Amazing weekend get away!

Escaped for a quick weekend get away with my gf and our boys. The condo was clean and cozy with amazing beachfront views and conveniently located within walking distance of everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back to visit again!

The views of the beach and the sound of the waves as you fall asleep are the best features of this property. It has been tastefully decorated in an uncluttered fashion and everything was in working order. The mattress was very comfortable with a great, warm comforter. So minor, but we did find that there were clean dishes left in the dishwasher (probably from the prior guest), which wasn't a big deal.

The pictures of this property looked amazing, and it did not disappoint. Perfect location, clean and spacious. Loved it!
