Located on the southside of 30A is a beautiful 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom cottage, nestled in one of Rosemary's largest outdoor yard living spaces! This home is designed to entertain with a large porch and balcony that overlook a full outdoor kitchen, plenty of living space, and stunning pool. If you're looking for a perfect family getaway surrounded in a serene sanctuary but only steps away from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, look no further!

The first floor boasts an open living area that flows seamlessly from the living and dining rooms, into the kitchen. Take advantage of the modern appliances and plenty of bar seating in the kitchen, or venture out into the courtyard for a BBQ by the pool and stargazing by night in the plush outdoor furniture or under a vine-covered pergola. This home has been completely remodeled with White Oak beached washed flooring, beautiful tiled bathrooms, and large bedrooms. The second floor hosts the Master Bedroom, with a king-sized bed, desk, and bathroom featuring a double vanity and large tub, making this an ideal place to relax after a long day at the beach. On this same floor, you'll find two Guest Bedrooms; the first, perfect for the kids with a Full/Twin bunk bed and desk area. Through a shared bathroom you'll find the second Guest Bedroom, with a King-Sized bed. The shared bathroom includes a shower/tub combo, and single vanity. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony that's perfect for a morning cup of coffee, or afternoon aperitif. The third floor has plenty of space with 2 Queen-sized beds as well as a day bed and trundle.

This property requires a 7 night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday during spring break and summer and a 4 night minimum stay during shoulder season. Pool can be heated October 1st through May 30th for an additional fee.

Nice home but lacking a little

Overall nice house with plenty of seating/ indoor and outside. Comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was lacking. The pans were really old and scrapped up. They need replaced. Every single cabinet was full so there was NO ROOM to put our groceries. Everything had to sit out on the counter which attracted bugs/spiders. There were so many dishes and bowls but no lids so there was nothing to put leftovers in. The internet was not that great. It would fail a lot. Had to call maintenance a couple times. The only place that the cable tv worked was in the upstairs master. So that was annoying. They should move the main box to the main downstairs tv. The location as very easy for walking to walkover C. The parking was a little tricky. Had to back the car into a very small tight spot in order to follow the rules of where to park. We had a midsize suv and did it fine but a large SUV would be very annoying to have to park every day if you left. Overall it was good. 4 stars overall for me.
