Relax in Jax at this spacious pool home, nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood right across from Gonzales Park, a freshly renovated green space featuring four new pickleball courts, new basketball courts, and a new playground. You’ll be just minutes from the beach, shops, and restaurants, with downtown Jacksonville within an easy drive. Start the day with a little yoga or relax poolside in the fully fenced backyard, perfect for letting your kids and dog play freely.

The open downstairs floor plan features a comfortable living area with plenty of seating, and the large dining area opens up to the pool deck through the full-slide sliding doors. The well-equipped kitchen makes entertaining a snap, with all the gadgets and appliances you need, including thoughtful extras like spices and oils. There's even an extra refrigerator in the garage for your use. Don't feel like cooking? UberEats and loads of other delivery services are available.

When it’s time to explore, the garage holds two bikes with locks available for your use. If you’re heading for the beach, don’t forget the toys and beach chairs. When you return, relax in central AC or head back out to the pool for more fun in the sun. Play cornhole with the provided set, fire up the gas grill for an easy dinner, and watch a little TV to unwind. There are streaming-capable TVs in the main living room, the bonus room upstairs, and each bedroom, so everyone can find something to watch. If you’ve got any lingering remote work, each room has a dedicated workspace, and the free WiFi makes connecting a breeze.

When evening falls, gather everyone around the firepit for an evening of toasted s'mores and good conversation. End the night in one of three well-appointed bedrooms upstairs, dreaming of your next perfect day on Jax Beach.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
