Summary:
Recently built, Long Beach Suites is ready to welcome you this summer. With peaks of Long Beach, come stay in one of our two bedroom apartment suites. Expertly built with summer visitors in mind.

Long Beach Suites is just steps away from Long Beach in Rockport and only ten minutes to Good Harbor.

You will be staying one of four similar apartments, photos may not be of exact unit.

The Space:
Recently built, Long Beach Suites, is ready to welcome you this summer. With some views from decks of Long Beach, come stay in one of our two bedroom apartment suites. Expertly built with summer visitors in mind.

Each two bedroom suites sleep six guests each, each bedroom has a king size bed and there's a pull out queen sofa in the living room.

Full handicap assessable shower, no tub.

Full kitchen with kitchen island, induction flat top, and dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking/serving necessities including: cookware, pots, pans, plates, cups, and silverware. Four to six guests can eat at the dining table, four can eat at the kitchen counter.

Depending on your suite you will have a private deck or patio for you to enjoy.

Other things to get excited about:
-The two bedrooms and main living room each have TVs with streaming capabilities ONLY and no cable.
-Vinyl floors throughout
-In suite washer/dryer
-Parking for up to two cars.
-Brand new top of the line energy efficient split heat/ac
-For protection, there are cameras throughout the common areas. Such security cameras are capable of recording video and audio and may have such features activated during your stay. Occupants shall not remove, alter, or otherwise utilize the cameras.

Guest Access:
Everything you need for a great stay, toiletries, linens, towels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, washing machines, detergent, and more!

Other Things to Note:
We are delighted to host you for your upcoming stay! We have expertly prepared and furnished each guest suite with lots of love and attention.

While you are staying with us:
-No parties.
-Please be mindful of our neighbors by keeping noise to a normal level, reducing noise after 8:30pm, and not lingering in front of the entrance.
-We ask that guests be off any exterior spaces by 10PM on the weekdays and 11PM on the weekends. This is not a curfew so you can come and go as you please past these times but you cannot hang out on exterior spaces past the posted times.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside within 50ft or near a window.
-No pets, even for a short visit.
-No refunds to be given for shortened stays and for any cable, internet, WI-FI, heating, cooling, or power outages or other acts of nature.

No sweat on accidental & reported damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart.

Overall Very Good but...

Th property was as advertised. Great loacation. Newer build. Very clean. Nicely furnished. Very spacious. Easy close parking. Value for the price paid was very good. One reviwer stated in a review I read that they felt that they were dealing with "AI" during the reservation and check in process. I felt that I had to ask the same, very straight forward questions multiple times to get the answer I was looking for. The door opening procedure was a bit convoluded and the directions didn't work at first becuase they kept referring to the "main door" but if you are on the first floor, there is no main door. Also to lock the door, I would always have to enter the code twice to get it to lock. It wasn't explained that way in the directions. The thing that was the most troubling was the amount of noise that you could hear from upstairs. It felt like there was no sound barrier and we heard every step that the people upstairs took (and in the case of our visit, they were up very late moving around). If your looking for a "quiet" get away location, be prepared if you are on the first floor for noise transfer from upstairs. Becuase of that I would have to think twice before I booked here again even though I would give all of the other conditions very high ratings. Also, when you Google the address it comes up with a picture of a very delapitated building which must have been torn down to build the present facitility. It would be nice if the picture on Google maps was updated

Spacious, Clean, Perfect Location

We stayed in a two bedroom unit on the first floor and it was VERY spacious, clean, and comfortable. It's rare to have two bedrooms with a king bed in them so we were able to choose the room we wanted, and my son got the other room with his pack and play. Communication was great and check-in was also a breeze. I was a bit concerned about the other reviews mentioning the walls being paper thin, since we were traveling with our 2.5 year old who naps, but the only sounds we heard were footsteps from the unit above. It was a bit annoying at times but we were in Gloucester for the beach, so we didn't spend a lot of time in the unit. We would 100% stay here again, so it's not a deal breaker. Speaking of the beach, Long Beach is less than 100 yards away and it's a beautiful beach. There's also a food truck right there, called Good and Ready, that serves breakfast sandwiches, coffee, smoothies, and lunch. Surfside Subs and Long Beach Dairy Maid are also walking distance. We had takeout lunch from Surfside on a Tuesday because it's Lobster roll special day and it was very good, the steak and cheese was as well. This was our fist trip to Gloucester and will NOT be our last! When we return, we will definitely be looking to stay at the Long Beach Suites.

Nice place.

This was a nice unit. We had 2 couples staying. Beds were comfortable. Unit was clean. Would have been nice to have a list of area attractions and eating places and directions on TV use and anything we needed to use in the unit. Would stay again.

Long Beach suites

The property is as listed. It’s well situated and convenient to the Gloucester area and great for day trips up and down the coast. We experienced one major downside though. The walls and ceiling are paper thin and you hear everything! There is an expectation layer out by the host regarding quiet time. That’s only as good as the persons surrounding your unit and we had some that had a total disregard for anyone other than themselves. A positive on that note was that when we contacted the host they addressed it immediately.

Don’t Stay

This condo was grossly overpriced. The internet barely ever worked. The sound travelling from upstairs was constant, especially early in the morning. . There were parties late into the evening. The television in the living room had spotty connections. Not recommending anyone stay here.

Peeeeeerfect place for the family (2 adults and 3 kids). Spacious, like new, beautiful, and "well thinking" condo. The communication with the owner was 6 stars plus! I felt save with my choice. The parking lot is right beside the suite. All the accommodation was perfect for our activities (cooking, lunch preparation, beach, shopping, walking...) The long beach Goucester is right next the suite (you can see the beach by a window). Reserve with confidence!

Loved it !

Everything was great ! The place had everything you needed ! The only thing is that you can hear the footsteps and walking of the people above you . Which at 6 am wasn’t the best . Also they say no dogs but 2 people had dogs there . Other then that we loved it … would defintely stay again .
