Detta välskötta hem (https: // youtu. Be / TzPhW7SBScE) ligger på en privat, olagd väg som leder direkt till stranden. Njut av den naturliga omgivningen och rymlig planlösning i detta vackra Oceanside-hem på det offentliga vattensystemet! Vårt hem ligger nära den historiska byn Corolla. Nära promenad för att se ljudsidan men ändå belägen på Oceanside med en privat strand privat väg inställning. Kort direkt promenad till stranden. Du kan se ingången till stranden från vår uppfart. Njut av vårt hem (ett stenkast)!

Under 2017, nya mattor genom hemmet, nya apparater (80 gallon varmvattenberedare, tvättmaskin, torktumlare, kylskåp, mikrovågsugn), nytt kaklat golv och badrumsgolv, nya badrumsljus ovanför speglar, etc. ... Ser fantastisk ut!!!

Vårt hem sover 12-15 personer bekvämt med 2 kung, 3 drottningar, 1 våningssäng, 1 enkelsängar och 1 drottning soffa. 3 rum är master-rum (med privat badrumsinställning). Hemmet är ungefär 2400 kvm. Pool på plats. Hot tub på plats och har 4-5 personer. Rumsläget på övervåningen passar alla för familjens måltider. Varje våning har en sittgrupp. Tvättmaskin tillhandahålls. Tillgång till internet. Sängkläder och handdukar tillhandahålls. Nära till avgiftsservice fitnessanläggning (fråga om du är intresserad).

Nivå 1: Recrum, TV / videobandspelare och QSS, sovrum med king size-säng, sovrum med våningssäng (2 bäddar) och 1 enkelsäng och fullständig tillgång till badrummet från kungens sovrum för privatliv eller från rec-rummet.

Nivå 2: 2 Queen-sovrum delar en komplett dusch eller badkar med bubbelbadkar och ett 3: e Queen Master-sovrum med privat badrum / dusch, vardagsrum med minibar och kylskåp.

Nivå 3: King Master sovrum, med master bad med bubbelbadkar och separat dusch, kök, vardagsrum, matplats. Tillgång till balkong från kung sovrum eller vardagsrum.

Bekvämt beläget i hjärtat av den historiska Corolla Village och de många bekvämligheter som finns där. Nära trevliga shoppingområden, restauranger och minigolf som Timbuck II eller Corolla Village-butiker. Perfect beach week

We enjoyed a wonderful family beach week at this lovely home. The house is exactly as described. It was fully stocked - you don’t need to bring any kitchen items! The beach is a short walk away. My family really loved having a pool in the back yard. Susan was amazing leading up to our trip - communication was over and beyond.Highly recommend !!

Everything was accurately advertised-very spacious kitchen/family areas to accommodate family dinners ...bedrooms all had own bathroom's.. perfect for 3 separate families with small children & granparents ..pool area and hot tub 👍 Very well maintained & organized super super convenient & close to do everything shopping-fun -dining..

Family vacation

Great house. Walking distance to beach and close proximity to anything we needed. Host Sue was incredible with her communication and quick responses. Loved the kitchen, hot tub and pool. Old Corolla village/light house and stores were across the street, and a must see.

Great for family and friends

Great location and nice property for a friends and family vacation (fit 14 comfortably). Short walk to Beer Garden. Short walk to ice cream store. Short walk to Corolla pizza. Walk to the beach was short as well. Sue was incredible! Communication was outstanding! Recommend to everyone!

Sept family vacation

Great location/ short walk to the beach! The property had everything we needed for a fun family vacation. We were pleasantly surprised to see a buck make it’s way through the back yard. Susan was a delight to work. We hope to return again in the future.

Week at the beach

We spent a wonderful week at this house in a great location in Corolla. Except for a couple of trips to miniature golf with the grandchildren, I could have parked my car for the week as a top notch coffee shop, a convenience store, a bookstore and a beer garden are all within walking distance. Short walk to the beach and pool and hot tub were a great bonus. Susan is exceedingly responsive to any questions we had. We've rented a lot of beach houses over the years(primarily at the Jersey Shore) and all agreed this was the best trip yet!

Wonderful Vacation

The instructions/directions provided by the property owner was very detailed and timely. The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 14. It was so wonderful to have the large kitchen & dining room so we could all eat together. We had so much fun walking to the beach (which is on a private road so we did not worry much about the kids running ahead of us) and really enjoyed the boogie boards/chairs that was provided.

Great family vacation

We had three families stay here and there was plenty of room! We had 6 adults and 4 children. The house is beautiful and in a great location! The walk to the beach was easy. The beach is not crowded in this area either. Even on days we wouldn't go until 11:00, we found areas to put up a canopy and have plenty of space. Everyone enjoyed the large pool and hot tub. It's not too far from restaurants and activities for the kids. We will definitely book this house again!

Snyder Vacation Review

Location of home is great, with a 5 minute walk to the beach and in the other direction is a 5 minute walk to Corolla Historic Village, with the Currituck lighthouse, Corolla BBQ, Coffee and Gift Shop, and a beautiful park right along the sound. Grandchildren enjoyed the swimming pool and the kitchen had everything that we needed. Coastal Explorations in historic village, are very friendly and delivered the rental bikes quickly. Lighthouse bagels 4 miles from the house is an awesome treat. We rode bike there, bought 2 dozen bagels and rode back to the house and had breakfast. Sue was very helpful and very available. We would definitely come here again.

Amazing week

Family vacation for a group of 11 adults. We really liked the layout of the house. Each level had it’s own sitting area with couch and TV giving you some time to yourself if needed. The mattresses in the bedrooms were FANTASTIC-very comfortable. The house was immaculate and tastefully decorated. Brand new furniture. This wasn’t your avaerage rental, folks. You won’t regret booking this place-it was a hidden gem. The manager was a delight to deal with-very thorough and personable. Have a wonderful week and hope to be back next year. Thanks Sue!!!😀

A fabulous family get-away!

Our family needed a large, pet-friendly home for our vacation, and Stone's Throw was *exactly* what we were looking for! There was something wonderful for everyone--from the 8-year-old to the teens to Nana. Even the dog had a wonderful time playing with the pine-cones in the front yard and crab legs on the beach. The beach was a short walk away, and the pool in the backyard even closer! We enjoyed a horse tour (and saw horses on my morning run!), kayaking on the sound, and quiet evenings watching movies on the big television in the living room. Meals were easy as could be in the big, well-equipped kitchen. When we didn't want to eat in, the pizza place across the street was amazing. The porch swing was a favorite spot for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. We had the perfect family vacation and would love to visit again!

Great home in a fabulous location!

This home is well equipped for a wonderful vacation! The deck, the pool, and the hottub outdoors were great outdoor spaces. The kitchen is well stocked for those who love to cook, with ample dishes and glassware. The beach is at the end of the road and is uncrowded. The location in Corolla village is quaint and quiet. We rented bikes to ride through Corolla Village and the beautiful sound front park (where you can go crabbing, climb the lighthouse, or enjoy the other park amenities), and also to ride to the nearby shping center. The home is close to the 4wheel drive beach where you can see wild horses grazing in the dunes or trying to get cool by the water. Susan is a fabulous homeowner, who was responsive to all questions. Her pride in this home is evident; this was a much improved experience over renting from an agency! There were 9 of us and the variety of gathering spaces worked. We had a memorable time-thank you Susan and Matt for sharing your lovely home!

Pure Perfection!

Our family's first trip to OBX was made perfect in this gorgeous home and the property owner, Susan, is an absolute gem. The house is well-appointed and its layout is ideal, giving everyone space to spread out but still keeping us all connected. We enjoyed the decks for morning coffee and watching all of the fun in the pool below. The covered deck out front with hammock chairs and swing was fantastic for rainy moments to keep dry while enjoying the outside beauty. The hot tub was a relaxing treat and the path to the beach at the end of the private road makes for easy ocean time. We loved this quiet stretch of beach, watching dolphins, pelicans, osprey, and sand crabs play. Truly everything you need is right here, including a delicious pizza place and ice cream shop right across the street. Historic Corolla is a beautiful spot and easy walk. Grab an iced coffee at the Kind Cup and check out the Juice Jar and Island Bookstore. Also highly recommend taking a wild horse tour. Not enough words to describe it all. We fell in love and didn't want to leave. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay Great Location!

We were a group of 3 families and a friend. Most of us were first time visitors. We were pleasantly surprised with the home and location. It was very laid back and relaxing. The distance to the beach was just a few minutes by foot. You were within a few minutes by car to groceries and shops. The light house and park are within walking distance and was a great spot for pictures and taking in the beautiful scenery. There was even a small grocery store across the road for any small items you may need. Most of us are from NYC and coming here (Corolla) was definitely a great choice for some R and R. I personally dealt with Susan for our travel plans. She was definitely helpful in every aspect. You can tell she was passionate about her home and made sure we had a pleasant stay. The home was exactly what we needed. The pool was definitely a plus. The kids used it everyday. They were sad when we left. This was definitely a fun family vacation. After touring other areas during our stay we all agreed that Corolla and Duck area was the right choice for us and we would definitely return. Thank you Susan for a wonderful stay. We greatly appreciate it.

Home away from Home

My husband searched for a beach house for weeks before finding this one and it was a true blessing. The location is perfect and very peaceful. We had a wonderful week here. I truly cannot say enough about the house, the location, or the owners. We had seven adults and ten children in the house for a week. It was very spacious and we had everything we needed AND More! The kitchen was well stocked, the house was immaculate, the pool was spotless, and the hot tub was refreshing after a long day. The beach is only a five minute walk down a private drive. The provided beach cart for all the toys, boogie boards, buckets, coolers, etc. came in so handy. The beach was beautiful and never crowded. We saw dolphins a few morning and evenings. Wild horses are also just a drive away. If you have four wheel drive I recommend you take the opportunity to see them; they were gorgeous. The kids enjoyed walking just across the street to the ice cream shop and taking a five minute walk to the lighthouse. Fresh seafood was available at the nearby farmers market to make a great meal. We also visited the Horse Museum. Everything but the grocery store, which was only a ten minute drive, was within walking distance. We loved every bit of our vacation. The house was amazing and Susan made us feel at home. She is extremely sweet and easy to work with. She actually drove two hours to replace a television that was taken out by a lightening storm. She is truly amazing and we won't hesitate to plan another stay with Susan in the future. This house feels like your "home" away from "home" and is the best kept secret at the Outerbanks!

Awesome location, Awesome Vacation

I, like other reviewers spent a lot of time searching vacation rentals that would perfectly suit our wants and needs. I am so thankful that I stumbled upon this house because it was everything I was looking for and more! On top of that, Susan was a pleasure to work with, always pleasant and very helpful. Susan even texted me after we arrived to make sure everything was to our liking. It was definitely a plus to deal directly with the owner of the property too. The house was very spacious and accomodating. I liked the sitting area/living room on each level which provided everyone the ability to watch what they wanted on TV, especially since the FIFA World Cup and College Baseball World Series was going on during our stay. Of course, the kids enjoyed playing video games on the basement TV. The kids LOVED the pool (and the toys provided)....I'm pretty sure we spent more time there than at the beach! The swing on the porch was so relaxing, so much so that my Mom is now looking to buy one for her home. We rented bikes for the week and that will be a must for our next vacation there!! The bike paths in the area are very nice and we really enjoyed riding in the village and around town. We rode our bikes every evening and before we went back to the house, we'd have to stop for ice cream at the ice cream shoppe that is located right across the street from the home. Because of fear of getting our vehicle buried in the sand, we elected to take a horse tour instead and thoroughly enjoyed the tour and seeing the wild horses. After our horse tour, we stopped and ate at Corolla Village BBQ...OMG...it was delicious!! You know you've done a good job selecting a vacation spot when your kids say that it was the best vacation ever!! We will be back! Thank you Susan for sharing your lovely place with us!

The house was cleaner than most beach houses I have been too and it had a fantastic pool and hot tub. The rrooms were really nice and two had an adjoining bathroom. the owner provided a document that provided everything you would need to know about the house and the area. The beach was just down a dirt road that was only traveled by those on the road and the beach was never really crowded and it was very clean. Not great for finding sea shells or sharks teeth but no rocks or anything but soft sand and even very little sea weed. pretty much only saw some a time or two over the week. The waves were great for boogie boarding. You are on the ouskirts of town so no heavy traffic but close enough to stores and grocery stores only a few miles down the road. Ihave been coming to the outer banks for probably 12 years maybe more and this was the nicest one we stayed at todate.

Ocean area most beautiful in all of OBX! Have seen wild Horses on beach without tour. Close to restaurants, Corolla Village museums and shops, Heritage park, fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, etc... A great location in historic Corolla Village area. Enjoy nature while in hot tub or sitting on decks or using front porch swing. Private road and beach = less crowds.. See description for more details on our home. This area is highly sought after for a vacation experience!
