The light-filled living area has vaulted ceilings with a large, comfy couch, fireplace, and flat screen SmartTV. The living room area overlooks the the golf course, lake and majestic San Jacinto Mountains, instantly offering you a sense of peace and tranquility from the moment you step inside.
The living area opens to the spacious dining and kitchen areas, with a large dining room table that’s ideal for dinner parties. The chef's kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, plenty of cooking tools & utensils and tons of counter-top space for you to create that perfect meal. The entire kitchen/living area is open concept, offering easy access to either indoor or outdoor dining and entertaining options. Once outdoors, you'll enjoy the backyard patio, perfect for dining al-fresco under the desert sky.
Our two bedrooms are equipped with comfy, cushy mattresses for you to enjoy. The primary bedroom contains a plush King-size bed, large en-suite bathroom, and huge walk-in closet.
The second bedrooms offer plenty of room to stretch out in, with another King-size bed & en-suite bathroom. There's also a den. All of these rooms have tons of natural light coming from the many windows surrounding our property.
The desert-inspired aesthetic of our landscaped outdoor area on the golf course really steals the show, offering stunning views of the mountains in every direction. There's an outdoor dining table and an additional seating area that allows you to relax and re-energize under the stars. The backyard also features a BBQ grill, perfect for that outdoor meal watching the sunset over the mountains.
Additional amenities that you’ll enjoy are complimentary WiFi throughout the house, SmartTVs, on-site washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, two car garage parking, and toiletries in each bathroom.

You’re renting the entire condo. Make yourself at home, as everything is yours to enjoy exclusively!
Guests have access to the members-only Country Club, which includes a 27-hole Ted Robinson Jr.-designed championship golf course, full driving range, golf pro shop, tennis & pickleball courts, bocce, fitness room, and more than 30 community pools to enjoy.
In order to access the Country Club amenities, guests must register with the HOA 72 hours in advance. (This does not apply to community heated pools/spas, which are available without registration.)
Our property is professionally managed by a full service vacation rental agency, so your trip will be worry-free from beginning to end. We will take care of everything from hosted check-in to departure, and will be available for anything you need along the way. We are also available to handle any special or a-la-carte requests, including pre-arrival grocery shopping and arrangement of transportation and/or tours.
CCITY OF PALM DESERT REGULATIONS & RENTAL RULES
(we don't make the rules, but we do follow them!)

**No parties or large social gatherings of any kind are permitted at this location!**
Neighbors have been notified that this property is a vacation rental and are encouraged to call a hotline to dispatch authorities to investigate any disturbances. If the city issues a violation, guest will be responsible for payment of any fine(s) and may be evicted with no refund.
- Short-term bookings are allowed with a minimum of 4 nights.
- Minimum age for primary renting guest is 25.
- Daytime occupancy is 10 people.
- Overnight occupancy is 4 people.
- Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed.
- The City imposes a strict noise ordinance for vacation rentals. No music is allowed outside at any time, including music coming from inside that can be heard at the property line, and no noise at all is allowed outside after 10pm.
- The City requires a signed written contract for all guests, as well as a copy of the primary renter's government ID. This will be taken care of during check-in.
- The City requires each guest to pay an 11% Transient Occupancy Tax and a 1% Tourism Business Improvement District assessment for stays less than 28 days. If your stay is 28 days or more, taxes do not need to be paid.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
- Check-in time is 4PM, and check-out is promptly by 11AM.
- Our onsite greeter will meet you at the home and give you a tour.
- Late check-outs without prior approval with incur a $250 fee, as we need time to get the house ready for the next guest.
PETS
- Pets are NOT allowed at this property. Any signs of pets on the property will incur an additional $500 fee and will be cause for eviction.
NO SMOKING
- We have a no smoking policy. Any signs of smoking in the house will incur an additional $250 fee.
CLEANING
Final cleaning after your checkout is included in your reservation quote. For stays longer than 6 weeks, guest will be responsible for the cost of a mid-stay clean every 30 days. Funds for mid-stay cleanings will be collected from guest as they occur.
UTILITIES
For stays 28 days or more, guests will be required to provide a security deposit of $1,000/mo prior to check-in date to cover the cost of gas and electric bills. After checkout, bill expenses will be deducted from the security deposit with the remainder returned to the guest.
INSURANCE FEE for Vrbo & Direct Bookings (does not apply to Airbnb bookings)
Guest is responsible for the service fee below, depending on length of stay:
● $99: 1-29 nights
● $450: 30-59 nights
● $150: each additional 30-night block
