Home for rent in beautiful Plum Beach neighborhood, Saunderstown RI. Close to Newport, URI and the beaches. There are 4 bedrooms (1 master with King sized bed) and 3 bedrooms with queen sized beds. To accommodate 10, use of the space named "Overflow" has a full bed and a sofa. You will love the covered porch and get comfortable on the patio listening to the birds and water feature. You may view more photos by looking up each room which have an individual listing.
The space
3 rooms have queen beds, master suite with King and bathroom, upper floor bonus room with full bed and comfy couch for 1. We are comfortable renting to a family or responsible group up to 10. The house is 3,200 square feet and you are welcome to use it all. Wifi and cable throughout.
Guest access
As a guest you are welcome to use the kitchen and fridge, the living and dining rooms, porch and stone patio.
Other things to note:

In a seperate building on the same land there is a long term renter who has access to his own amenites in a seperate building. The renter has NO access to your booking or stay while there. This is a kind reminder.

The house is strategically located at Rt. 138 and 1A. 10 minutes to downtown Newport (when there is no traffic) Ten minutes to the Wickford T Station that goes to Boston and Logan Airport. 20 minutes to the Providence Airport. Close to all beautiful beaches. Perfect for URI, even better to the Graduate School of Oceanography.

Delightful Home

We had a very special family event, staying at the home became part of the ease which really added to our trip.. esp with a wide age range and older adults. A quiet, very pretty neighborhood, clean, comfortable, beautifully detailed home - inside and out. Stunning terrace and fireplace.Obviously a passion to the details of building. A super friendly welcome from Spencer. Not bothered at all that his unit in a separate building on the site. Virginia made THE perfect restaurant recommendations. Stay here...you'll love it!

Great Home-under construction

A beautiful classic home with great features like the butler’s pantry…but the description really should have given us the heads up that it is an active construction site. The dining room has all baseboards/some moldings missing, an arch/wall under construction, and another archway in the works heading into the living space. The primary has an en suite under construction as well. When those projects are finished, as well as adding screening to the screened-in porch, it will be a stunning property. While it is advertised that we will enjoy the whole house, the ex-husband living in the unit above the garage was a surprise. Our host told us that was in the listing when meeting us to give us a tour of the house upon arrival, but we only recall seeing that the above-garage space was an optional add-on for a larger group. This upper unit looked right into the outdoor shower giving anyone using it pause. We experienced him coming and going (although our Host said he would be gone all weekend); and also in his truck having an all-day meeting/conversation with a passenger. This neighborhood is lovely, and we knew it did not come with beach access. We did not know that we would have an on-site person, that they would render the outdoor shower uncomfortable at best, or that the house would be a work-in-progress. When it is completed it will be well worth the price. As seasoned vacation renters, our preference is a no-contact rental. Caveat emptor, this is not that.

Beautiful House Close To URI

The property was perfect for our family. We stayed over Labor Day weekend since we had to drop our daughters off at URI. The hosts could not have been more accommodating and gracious. The house is beautiful and set up for great outdoor entertaining. We will definitely be looking to stay there again!

Excellent RI vacation house

This house is beautiful and obviously a labor of love for the owners. Very spacious, lots of beds, good wifi, tv apps, huge outdoor space with amazing fireplace and yard. The owners were super communicative and checked in often, provided recommendations etc. The neighborhood is gorgeous and quiet. Walked the little kids to a local farmer's market where they fell in love with the alpacas and we had some great beach days at Narragansett town beach. The local restaurants and seafood were incredible! Convenient to visiting URI campus and also Jamestown and Newport.
