Peaceful Retreat Steps From The Bay and Rockport Cultural Arts District

This cozy furnished two bedroom house is the perfect peaceful getaway. Enjoy the bay breeze on a large elevated patio deck with your morning coffee or night cap in the evening. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Stroll or bike along the bay just one street over. The Rockport Cultural Arts District is a short walk away. Quaint shops and eateries provide a unique diversion. Boat and bird watch in the marina, fish on one of the nearby public fishing piers, or spend a day in the sun at the beach.

The kitchen is fully furnished for preparing a dinner in, or you can take advantage of numerous places to eat.

Pet friendly, with payment of pet fee, and includes an outdoor shower to wash off your furry friends or you after a day of play.

Enjoy the very large deck on the front of the home, which faces the water, and the salty breeze, which almost always blows. In addition, with the exception of an hour or two just after sunrise, the deck is completely shaded. The shade, wind, and view provide a great place to unwind.

Includes a picnic table and shade underneath the house for additional outdoor space and a backyard for your dogs. However, the backyard is not fully fenced, so keep an eye on your pets or keep them on leash.

There is plenty of parking available, so don't forget your boat or other water sport gear.

Check in time is 4:00 PM. Check in instructions will be emailed the morning of your arrival.

Check out time is 11:00 AM. For check out, we ask that you take care of a few simple things, which are.....

1) Wash all dirty dishes. You can leave them to dry in the drying basket next to the sink;

2) Be sure to take all of your food from the cabinets, refrigerator, and freezer. FYI - There are a few empty kitchen cabinets for you to use to store food;

3) Please pick up all trash and take the trash and recycle out to the outside bins below the house;

4) Please wash one load of towels and start them drying before you leave. There is laundry soap available for you to do this and to wash any of your own laundry in the laundry room;

5) Please pick up the outdoor cushions and put them on the indoor couches;

6) Please double to check to make sure you have all of your belongings, and

7) When you leave simply lock the door behind you.

The small room underneath the main house is simply a storage room for supplies. It is not included in the rental space and will be locked during the rental period.
