The Space:
* The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project (Sept 2025 - Jan 2026). Balcony restoration is scheduled for Unit 1130 from 10/1 - 10/20. Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided.

Check-in is at 4 PM CT (5 PM Spring Break and Major Holidays)
Beautiful beachfront condo with breathtaking beach views! With a light interior, you will feel right at home as soon as you walk in. Sit on the private balcony and take in the beautiful views while sipping your morning coffee. Relax in the warm Florida sun as you lounge poolside with all your worries melting away. After a fun day at the beach, whip up your favorite meal in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoy takeout from one of the many delicious restaurants around. Don't forget to visit the many family-friendly attractions, including WonderWorks, Ripley's Believe It Or Not, mini-golf, and much more! Feel free to utilize the washer/dryer located in the unit to handle all of your laundry while you're curled up on the couch watching your favorite movie. Whether you want to cut loose and go wild or kick back, relax, and talk amongst friends, you can surely find this home away from home to accommodate your needs on the World's Most Beautiful Beaches!
