🐶 We would love to host your dogs! A $150 (+tax) flat pet fee is automatically added to your nightly rate when you enter a pet into your guest count. Dogs are welcome on the beach in Surf City, and you will see many people dining outside with their dogs at the local restaurants.

Twin Landings has an inverted floor plan designed to take advantage of ocean views. The lower level offers two oceanfront bedrooms leading out to the furnished lower deck, complete with a swing and rocking chairs. The master features a king bed and en suite bathroom with a bathtub. The other oceanfront room has a king bed and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom on this floor, which has two sets of bunk beds (great for families!).
Upstairs is a large living/dining area and fully equipped kitchen, all under vaulted ceilings with incredible ocean views. A fourth (queen) bedroom is on this floor, along with another full bathroom.
Outside, the furnished top deck features four bar height patio chairs with tables and two rocking chairs. This deck can be opened and shared with the sister property next door when you are renting both sides, or gated for privacy. A private stairway leads directly down to the beach, and offers a shower head and hose for rinsing off after enjoying the beach.
Ample parking is available in the large private driveway, plus two garage parking spots. Beach toys, boogie boards, and beach chairs are available. All linens and towels provided.
Please note that check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. We unfortunately cannot make exceptions, as the housekeeper and linens service need the full time to prepare the home.
Minimum renter age: 25; No parties, smoking/vaping, or excessive noise; Do not go on the dunes, which have been re-nourished to protect our home, this is a town law punishable by $500 fine; Leave doors and windows closed when not in use as the humid air causes damage to the interior and electronics; If you use the charcoal grill, pull it into the driveway at least 20 feet from the house and clean it after/no grilling or fire of any kind is permitted on decks; Air conditioner should not be operated below 72 degrees as the humidity+overuse will cause air conditioners in this environment to freeze and break; No commercial photography/videography without prior agreement; Please wash sand off before coming into the house; Please report any loss or damage that happens to property during your stay
We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty at $50 per person per night, unless approved.
Note that we cannot offer refunds for reasons outside of our control, outside of our cancellation policy. This includes family emergencies, illness, weather, etc. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance, which can be an affordable way of protecting your investment should an unforeseen situation disrupt your plans.
