Denna lägenhet handlar om plats. Du är precis vid stranden med underbar havsutsikt från varje fönster och dörr.
Andelslägenhet ligger på översta våningen (4: e) och det finns en hiss och trappuppgång.
Holiday Inn ligger precis intill. Njut av deras Tiki Bar för drinkar och lätta priser precis på däck.
Flera kvällar på däck har de levande akustisk musik som spelas som du också kan njuta av. Du kan höra det från lägenhetsbalkongen, men det är inte för högt. Det finns en reserverad parkeringsplats under byggnaden och ytterligare privat parkering på byggnadens södra sida samt fler parkeringsplatser på norra sidan av byggnaden mellan Holiday Inn och vår byggnad.

Spectacular place!

We had a wonderful experience, even though hurricane Ian influenced the weather. We laughed, ate and watched movies. Such a relaxing and inviting place to stay.

Worth. Every. Penny!

This was the perfect place for my husband and me. The owner's detailed instructions and overview made everything go smoothly. So very, very thoughtful! The bed was very comfortable and the amenities were perfect as we cooked in almost every night. Beautiful location and beautiful condo! Loved the balcony and the full ocean view. Loved waking up to sunrises on the ocean. Can't say enough wonderful things about our stay and this condo. Many thanks to the owner for sharing this delightful piece of paradise.

Great Location

Great location, Easy access, nice amenities and reasonably priced. The condo is a bit "dated" but that is easily overlooked due to location and view. My only ding would be.... the dryer did have some issues drying clothes.

Beautiful view--well stocked kitchen

This condo has a great view of ocean and beach. Condo has a well stocked kitchen and is clean and comfortable. The elevator makes moving in/out convenient.

Great location with a great view of ocean

Great location if you are looking to hit the beach everyday. Walking distance to great restaurants and bars. The condo is clean but some of the amenities are outdated. Make sure you pack basic essentials like - trash bags., TP. PT, bath towels, sheets, hand soap.

Home away from Home

It’s easy to overlook any minor flaws when cleanliness, attention to detail and location/view top of the list of what you want in a getaway. This condo offers comfort, thoughtful amenities and ease for getting on the beach. We would love to return, and the owner is great with communication.

Perfect Spot

This was our second visit to the condo this year, and it just gets better! The spot is perfect, beach access is unbeatable and you're just far enough from the madness to be able to enjoy yourself. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed.

Perfect Condo

We loved our stay in this condo. The condo itself provided easy access to the beach, peaceful surroundings and numerous amenities. From the balcony there is a spectacular view and a perfect place to relax and listen to the waves. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the balcony and a window facing the ocean. Listening to the waves while sleeping was amazing! We look forward to staying in this unit in the future!

Ocean City Vacation

This is our 2nd time & by far, the best part of this property is the location & view! The building itself is quiet & clean. The condo is clean & laid out perfectly, but it could def use some upgrading. The pots & pans, washing machine & dryer, shower heads & faucets are all old but certainly workable. These are not issues that would stop us from renting again. These are merely suggestions to improve (btw, the light above the stove is not working). Thank you for allowing us some extra time to stay. We hope to visit again soon!!

This property was perfect! Literally right on the beach. Perfect location, close to many restaurants, mini golf, etc. Would definitely stay again! Elizabeth was great- made everything so easy!

Property was in good condition but outdated abit.

Was up to my expectations my only complaint was there was a lot of sand in the utility room that needed to be cleaned up before we got to the rental property.

The view is spectacular! The condo was very clean. I love that the bedspreads are washed and sofa slipcovers are changed with every rental. The notes provided by the owner were very helpful.

Absolutely fabulous and will be staying again next year.

We loved this place. The view was stunning, was equipped with much more then we imagined and the location could not have been better. The hostess wrote out very specific instructions on the place and we loved it.

Best location ever. Ocean Front, corner unit with beautiful view of beach and ocean on 2 sides. Living room and master bedroom overlook the ocean. Three blocks from Rt 90. Far enough away from boardwalk to be in a quiet, family friendly environment; but close enough to bike to boardwalk or drive there in 10-15 minutes. Very wide beaches. Never an issue finding with a place on the beach to set up/spread out. Overlooks Holiday Inn Tiki Bar / Light fare food Snack Bar and pool. Weekly, live, acoustical music at the Holiday Inn pool/Tiki Bar area. Mellow rock music. Can hear from condo balcony, but not too loud to interfere with conversation. Reserved parking space under the building. Just the best place ever.
