QUAY (uttalas "Key") är en av Ocean Citys bästa semesterresor vid havet. Beläget på 107th Street och Coastal Highway, erbjuder Quay ett bekvämlighetspaket som praktiskt taget garanterar en rolig semester.

Vår lägenhet är # 701 och erbjuder en utmärkt utsikt över både havet och bukten. Det ligger på sjunde våningen och har 2 sovrum och 2 badrum. Det är vackert inredda, mycket modernt och mycket ljust. Vi har alla möbler för att du ska känna dig som hemma.

Vår lägenhet finns att hyra när som helst under hela året. Mellan juni och augusti accepterar vi bara hyror varje vecka. Hyresperioden är lördag till lördag.

Sunrise suite

Home away from home. The views where amazing, I loved having a cup of coffee on the balcony in the morning and watching the sunrise out of the ocean every morning. The check-in and check-out could not have been easier. I can't wait to come back next year.

Great Location and Amenities

We recently stayed at a charming 2-bedroom condo booked through VRBO and overall had a wonderful experience. The location was ideal, offering easy access to pools and the beach, and plenty to do nearby. The condo itself was well-appointed with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay for our family. However, there was one aspect of the rental that was not clearly communicated in the property description and caught us by surprise upon booking. Unlike most short-term rentals we've stayed at previously, this property does not include sheets and towels as standard. After booking, we were prompted to pay an additional $115 for this service, which involved the sheets and towels being dropped off in a bag for us to make our own beds. While this didn't significantly impact our enjoyment of the property, it was unexpected and differed from our past experiences with vacation rentals. We believe it's important for future guests to be aware of this additional cost and task so they can plan accordingly. Despite this minor inconvenience, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the condo and appreciated the efforts of the property management to ensure a pleasant stay. The cleanliness, comfort, and location were excellent, and we would recommend this property to others looking for a relaxing getaway in the area.

Perfect friends getaway!

We were so pleased with this unit. It was beautifully and tastefully decorated in beach mode . The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen contained all state of the art appliances.The place was immaculate and well maintained. The pool and patio area were always neat and clean. The location was great - right on the beach in northern OC. There were several shops, supermarkets and restaurants close by. The owner ,Alan Grove , was only a text or call away if needed. I highly recommend this great vacation spot!

Lovely condo in great location

Our stay in Ocean City at this condo was a wonderful little getaway. The condo was exactly as described and very clean. The living space was large and you could see the ocean from the balcony. The location was far enough from the busy Ocean City heavy traffic and boardwalk but still close enough to many amenities. Alan was very attentive and easy to communicate with from beginning to end. I think it's important to mention that there is an additional $50 parking fee that is not included in the cost of your stay, but parking was easy and plenty of space for a second vehicle (additional $10). We would stay again and recommend this condo to others.

Vacation

Family Beach vacation

Alan’s condo was perfect for our family of 5! The 2 large bathrooms and oversized kitchen and living room were more than we had hoped for. The condo was clean upon arrival, check in was easy peasy and those views of both the bay and ocean….what a great location! With children different ages, you couldn’t beat the convenience of the location to the beach, pools, and game rooms. Alan’s condo was a great fit for our family!

Wonderful vacation

The condo had really nice appliances..all top of the line from the coffee pot to the fridge. Very spacious for the 8 of us ( 4 kids and 4 adults. The 2 bathrooms made it really nice. Would stay again.
