Beach Haven är perfekt beläget bara några steg från Mission Beach och nära gångavstånd till butiker, restauranger och Garnet-remsan. Huset är ett nyrenoverat fristående 2 våningar hem med 3 sovrum, 2 badrum, vardagsrum, matplats, kök och uteplats. Det är det perfekta hem-hemifrån på havssidan av Mission Blvd.
Vårt hem är gångavstånd till Pacific Beach, shopping, restauranger, attraktioner, cykling, surfing, Belmont Amusement Park och Mission Bay.
Det finns parkering för 2 medelstora fordon eller 1 stort fordon i ryggen och en privat uteplats i framsidan.
Köket är fullt utrustat med rostfria vitvaror inklusive kylskåp, gasspis, ugn, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, brödrost, mixer samt fullt utrustat med köksredskap, bestick, tallrikar och glas.
Vårt hem har också en tvättmaskin / torktumlare, en HD-TV på bottenvåningen och TV i alla sovrum.
Huset rymmer 9 gäster. 2 av sovrummen har queen size-sängar och den tredje har en våningssäng med en full storlek på botten och en tvilling på toppen. På bottenvåningen finns en bäddsoffa i full storlek.

Great location and well equipped

Everything was clean and nice linens. Appreciated having beach chairs, boogie birds and beach towels. I just wish I’d know the washing machine wasn’t working as I was hoping to get some laundry done as we’d been traveling.

This is a great property for a family. Steps to the beach. Close to the bay and very close to sea world. The owner was great. Check in and check out were seamless. I recommend this property for your family. Sleeps nine comfortably.

We enjoyed our stay! It was centrally located to restaurants and walking along the beach. We went to LaJolla and it was so easy to get around!

Great rental with great parking

We loved our stay here! My family and I were visiting from Los Angeles and Hawaii for a few days and this rental was perfect! The parking was a huge plus since we did have a big passenger van that fit perfectly in the parking zone. we enjoyed our short walks to the beach early in the mornings before we would sight see. The Host/property manager was super easy to talk to and was able to communicate quick with the few questions we had prior to leaving. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next vacation. We really appreciated it! Mahalo & Happy New Year :)

perfect beach stay

This was the perfect location - 1 minute walk to ocean and and a good variety of restaurants. Property manager was very responsive to any questions/inquiries. Property was comfortable and clean overall. Hope to stay here again!

Quick Trip to see local friends over the weekend

The unit itself is 0clean, efficient, plenty of room, near the water and conveniently located. We did a lot of cooking and plenty of utensils/pots/pans available with stove/dishwasher at the ready. Would return when next visit to PB/Mission Beach is planned

Great location!

2 minute walk to the beach! Close to coffee shops and restaurants! Clean and thoughtfully decorated/stocked. We loved the board games, extra USB outlets and clean/fresh linens and towels. Thank you!!

Great Stay

It was in a great location, very close to the beach on one side of the house and the bay on the other. The home was big enough for the nine of us and was well-furnished. Plenty of beach toys and towels were provided, though we brought some too. I'd stay here again. I'd recommend bringing an Apple TV or other streaming device to guarantee having something to watch on the bedroom TVs.

Great location

This home is in a great location. It is walking distance to many restaurants and so close to the beach. The only downside we experienced was the flies around the patio but that’s not unique to this house, but more the proximity to the beach. Nice neighbors, too.

Aussies in san Diego

Great location for two families to stay together and travel around San Diego. Pretty central for Lego land, San Diego zoo, uss midway and SeaWorld. If you have two big cars it’s a struggle to park. One big (US mid size - Aussie big) and one small (Aussie normal) you will be ok with parking. Communication was great and facilities were good too.

Convenient Beachside Value and Launch Point

Title says it all. Great clean and convenient value and didn't even use most of the amenities. 5 guys meeting up for a weekend reunion and the place was perfect. Walking distance to South MB in one direction and north Garnet the other.

Family getaway

Stayed here with my family for a week. Property was clean, in a great area, and very close to the beach. I loved having the amenities and the extra beach chairs, toys and towels were nice to have. Directions and communications with host were clear and timely. Only minor gripe was how dirty the floors were the day we arrived. It felt like they needed a good mop and the rugs needed a good wash. However, I do understand keeping floors clean that close to the beach is difficult. Everything else in the house was very well cleaned. Would definitely recommend the property to others.

Had a great time

We had a great time. The location was so convenient. The property is well equipped for beach play. We did find the information about the availability of bicycles confusing. Bicycles were not listed in amenities but were referred to in reviews and security and care instructions. It might be helpful to specifically note they are no longer available. We would definitely book again. Responsive host and well equipped facility.

Cute and Clean Beach House w/ Great Location

We loved the location on Mission Beach. It is just a few hundred steps from the sand. If you walk the other way, it is just a few more steps to the bay. It is a nice walk to the pier to the north and the rollercoaster to the south. We had a lot of fun playing on the beach with all the provided sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, umbrella, etc. The beach felt safe, and lifeguard tower 21 is near. There is a warm outside shower at the back door and a hose to wash off sandy feet at the front door. We also enjoyed the outside patio and ate meals and BBQ'ed out there. The kitchen had all the kitchenware we needed to cook. The gas range was nice and it was good to have a microwave, toaster oven and dishwasher. Overall everything was comfortable and in good repair. Onsite parking was limited to two vehicles. We managed to squeeze a Honda Odyssey and Toyota Highlander into the two spots, but it was tight! There is no ac (which is probably typical here), but with the windows open and ceiling fans we slept very comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Birthday celebration

We stay at this house to celebrate my 40th birthday, everything was great and just as described. Literally you go right you are on the bayside go to your left you on the beach side. I loved that about the property. The weather was a little cool. Communication with owner was no problem. Thanks for the lifetime of memories ❤️

Eddie and Marv are original Californians that moved to Vancouver Canada when they were young. Both enjoyed living living in Vancouver for over 20 years, but have always wanted to return to Southern California. The Beach Haven is the perfect home away from home for them and they are happy to let others enjoy the experience.

Mission Beach was always a preferred location as they like the relaxed casual atmosphere and the surfing is wicked :) The Beach Haven was chosen for its location. Steps away from the beach, close to activities and walking distance to restaurants and shopping.
